These are not capital crimes so yes offenders can be used as ambassadors to create awareness campaign for the public.

Everything is not condemnation, justice weigh the crimes and the options in the best interest of the public.

Deterrent mechanism are not always in form of negative actions or judgement.

Ibom Air charged her to court but Valuejet didn't charged K1 to court, despite that NCAA petitioned AGF and IG on K1 case but due to outcry how Comfort was handled,the minister didn't have option than to call for drop charges on Comfort,this gave K1 soft landing but still got one month ban.

Make him ambassador, after is duly prosecuted and pay the price of the outcomes of the prosecution. No arrest , no court appearance, no consequences. Nigeria may not achieve status and leagues of developed nation in 50 years if it continues this way. Development no be just better economy, it all aspects of human living and society
