The nation’s and West Africa’s largest airlines, Air Peace Airlines, can thump its chest and claim the bragging rights for rising to great heights when managing passengers’ unruly behaviours and avoiding physical confrontation between its crew and angry passengers. The airline has faced multiple unruly passengers’ incidents but at no time did its crew take laws into their hands to deal with the situation. Instead, the crew responded to such incidents with utmost caution and professionalism, and in line with international aviation standards to which Nigeria is a signatory. The ibom air incident is totally the fault of ibom air staffs. They rushed and posted half cut clips to the public without showing the whole picture which led to the public biase against the passenger. Something must have triggered that passenger to that point. The air hostess is totally a manipulative woman. If she was properly trained that issue would not have escalated to the height it reached |

While we will continue to fault the actions of irate customers, customer service in Nigeria is zero- from public offices to private enterprises, they have no courtesy or respect for customers. Again I say there's need for organizations in Nigeria to invest more in staff training and development in order to avoid all these embarrassing behavior of customers and the people serving them ![]() |

Very jaundiced report. after reporting to the airport security, we're they allowed home ? Yes, ibom air need to train staff better but I can not believe Airpeace or any other Nigeria airline have better trained staff. Another major loop hole in the crisis management was leaking the video and that was probably the fault of the airport ground staff |

iichidodo:The comparison are definitely stupid How will crew members mostly women, confront 3 men who were drunk when the plane was mid air. 3 grown men against female crew, they had not choice but to shut up and remain calm In the second instance, how will they confront oshiomole, a well known senator who became unruly as they claim for whatever reason. Even Value Jet never confronted K1, they kept pacifying him until he on his own went to stand infront of an aircraft The only issue here is the pilot who I understand is a female who tried to run him over. I won’t ever allow a woman to drive me talk less fly me. They always think and act with emotions. Lastly ibom air did not evacuate the unruly passenger, it was aviation security that were called to remove her, and a person can be forcibly removed from an aircraft if u refuse to be arrested or comply, let her try that on a British airways flight in the UK and see whether they will drag her or not |

The NCAA need to urgently look into these disturbing trends! The safety of all aboard - both passengers and aircrew - should never be put at stake for the sake of any single individual: be it an unruly passenger or an unprofessional crew! |

Lunatics should be in rehabilitation centers not in the public space. Her ACTION attracted equal REACTION. Be of good conduct in the public & teach your kids too to avoid wailing when his/her action attracts similar reaction. I don't know the aim of this write up... but from it I will be in fear as a passenger or be encouraged to behave bad since there will be no consequences. Claim of international standards doesn't hold since in any of the instances the passenger would've been charged. Even if the local authorities were afraid to...it was Air Peace duty to take steps to ensure action was taken to send the message that unruly passengers on Air Peace will face charges or consequences. Didn't they have the right to put the passengers involved on a no flight status? Did they? |

Normally not putting off phone or on flight mode only affects communications between pilot and control tower, why dem come take the matter like say the plane will crash |
