I couldn't do the servicing in February as projected, but I've been really busy and the car has not been stressed. Trying out this shell helix. I will service again June, God keeping us alive.

This oil is not so good, I've decided to go with Pennzoil going forward. Will be replacing the oil next week

I'll say it is fairly decent. I get around 20mpg if I drive like an old man, I get around 16mpg if I do aggressive driving. The fuel tank is also not helping as it is not big enough. Overall, I'm OK with the fuel consumption

Next stop is ebay shopping I need to add Roadtop carplay and android auto to the stock audio system and most importantly, buy the "genuine" oil for next year servicing.

I hope I get a good electrician that I can work with to install the carplay

Fuel tank capacity is over 70liters . I consider that big enough for a crossover .

Not really. Yes, it has approximately 72liters tank capacity but compared to its German counterparts like gle 350 which has about 24 gallons and the bmw x5 which has about 22 gallons, the rx has just approximately 19 gallons.

I've told the OP lexus IS not for nigeria. Even venza. The maintainance money and fuelling would make u broke.ive driven both cars and I sold them.

For sedans. Golf 4,micra new model,crv till 2011 model,406,camry 2.2 pencil,2.4 big daddy,corola still dey ok based on its mad mpg,civic, benz c240,c280..c250..all 4 plugs....mazda 3,acura tsx till 2010 model all 4plugs,toyota avensis till 2010 model.

Car has been awesome, zero issues so far, though I don't stress it at all. Today, I was called for biometric capture for my tinted permit, went there very early and got that covered in less than 5 mins. Hopefully they approve it (it is factory tint anyway).

For the purpose I bought this ride, I will buy it again and again

It was a seamless process. I didn't want to stress myself and do it before, paid a VIO person to help me with the stress and the guy gave me fake ecmr and fake tinted permit. Thank God I am technologically sound, detected the fake paper in minutes

Got valid papers now.

I didn't know that the real owner of the car was tracking the car and put the papers on alert. The seller sold the car to me with fake papers. This thread helped me to prove that I knew nothing about the car prio to date of sale. Apparently, they used the car for loan collateral, the story long but all sorted out now. I have all the valid papers now

thank God you're good now, definitely came with extra cost, but it's worth it... the prices of cars now are crazy.

Thanks a lot my brother. Thank God it was not stolen, they just didn't complete the money for the car and the owner didn't want to sell it. I had to balance part the money I know nothing about.

A big thanks to @kingreign the transmission overheating message did not come up and I didn't experience gear slipping. I can conclude that the issue was from the front bumper upgrade, it didn't leave room for ventilation, that was a fantastic diagnosis by kingreign and he created a ventilation space by force

I was in company of my colleague, who was driving a 2014 bmw x5 xdrive. The car really showed that it is a German machine, damn

We got to enugu by 11:30am, I beat my last record by 30 mins
