However, I want to see more emphasis placed on constructing the ENTIRE stretch of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway from multiple points in the Calabar end in Cross River, Bayelsa, and Delta States to speed up the process so as to deliver the massive project in record time.

Last but NOT least, it's called a "coastal" highway because the highway is meant to largely pass through the Nigerian States that are contiguous to OR share direct boundaries with the Atlantic Ocean and it doesn't mean the highway will be constructed or pass along the direct shores of the Atlantic Ocean as WRONGLY imagined by some folks which would involve heavier costs especially in the enervating swamplands of Bayelsa and Rivers States. Period.
