If they revisit her case that means Kwam 1's case must be revisited. You dont even understand that the Federal Government has put itself in a tight corner. In a bid to protect their stooge they created a legal mess and a bad precedent.

Their will be no moral justification for any government institution to prosecute any deviant and unruly passenger in the airport.

If the airline, NCAA, and the FG revisit her case too, she may be sent back to jail for a very long time. She should understand that. It's both ways too and she won't even get the justice she yarns for. Reactive abuse... The lady was a victim... It will be interesting to see how this goes,very important exercise here for the growth of the nation as a whole

1. If her not switching of the phone or conduct before take of was a danger to the flight,the plane should not have taken off,that was the point she should have been deboarded.So invariably the flight left successfully

2. The plane landed successfully, so What was her crime at the point of disembarkment?.... And that is the true meat of the matter

3. They lied and said failure to disembark.... Because you see if it was not switching of her phone,the plane should not have taken of and that was when she should have been deboarded
