Those daft questions you asked are diversionary! You're asking how a adult Nigerian that's been the victim of criminality can tell the culprits were not her fellow Igbo and how she managed to suss they were northern elements! Given what we all know of the ciminal nature of Nigerian security bodies, it's laughable that you're now depending on the compromised and highly ethnicised Nigerian police to be impartial, honest and thorough in their approach to this issue! Until we have state police then you will have right to blame Governors for insecurity of any state.
