I totally disagree.

Good evening everyone. The screening stage is just for showing your credentials-that way they know if you studied education or if you have issues with any of your credentials. They have started calling people for interview. They called my friend yesterday to come on Tuesday for interview and aptitude test. So I guess after screening, the next stage is interview. Good luck to everyone involved.

When it comes to Tescom recruitment no politics, trust me.. although there are few individuals who will enter through connection.but the recruitment process is fair enough

I do not really understand this recruitment process at all.

The first step in any recruitment is to shortlist

Then shortlisted applicants will be invited for written test. Thereafter follow by interview ( they will be asked to come with photocopies of their relevant credential ) and their credentials will be checked and successful applicants will then be issue offer of appointments letter after some few weeks.


But I don't really understand why TESCOM should invite applicants for screening without CBT test. Even their mode of invite is faulty.

They suppose to send SMS and emai at the same time to all shortlisted applicants but instead some didn't get SMS but only call but what if the applicants phone is not on at the moment of call?

Majority didn't get called or SMS at all.

Assuming many people get called this trend should have gotten up to 100 pages.

Even when questions are asked here nobody to answer. This shows that majority didn't get called or SMS.

Someone should explain to me better please.

That's Tescom for you, you can get a call around 9pm today sef to come for interview tomorrow morning by 8am. You just have to be prepared because they can call you at anytime..if you won't be available call the number and explain.and you will be allowed to show up the following day. Their aim is to recruit available candidates that really needs the job.. they are aware some people might not be in town, it's just their own way of shortlisting candidates

Can someone help us with the number that called let me use it to check my missed calls. My line has not been available for unknown numbers callers since last week. Please ooo help

I have the photocopies of all documents they asked me to present expect for one. Will this be a problem?

It is likely that mass recruitment wil be sometimes around October/November when audit of available personnels has been conducted to ascertain actual figures needed.
