Why can't serve their jail terms in Nigeria and be punished here?

Some of you dont want to ever hear Nigeria maintaining law and other especially when it has to come to foreigners. So what is special about nigeria deporting foreign criminals that you are saying small yansh they shake

Everything is wrong with this news. Why are these countries not deporting our own criminals to us? No, they rather jail or execute them without batting an eye but when it comes to ours, we sheepishly send them back home. Funny enough, these foreigners are not even caught scamming foreigners but Nigerians like us and what do they get as punishment? Deportations.
The Chinese government would never arrest and parade their youths for scamming Nigerians but it’s our hobby down here. Just recently, trillions of naira was stolen from our people and economy by one ponzi scammer, till date, both our efcc and the criminal’s country haven’t done anything about it but imagine the Ponzi scheme belonged to a Nigerian and was used to scam Americans or India. You know the answer

Feeding them and giving them amenities is waste of resources.

Considering what china and Asians do to Nigerian criminals:

They supposed make these guys serve 10 years jail sentence in kirikiri maximum prison before deporting and banning them at the embassy

At best, they can use them to do prisoner swap. Give them life in jail sentence and if their embassy requests leniency, tell them to swap them for Nigerians awaiting death sentence in china and Philippines

But our leaders are beggars and amajiris always in china begging for loan and money they can embezzle. So they don't want to have any issues with china so that their source of stealing stream will not run dry. Hence this undeserved mercy and unsolicited leniency. Our leaders won't show same magnanimity to even their own citizens. What a self hate

Our laws doesn't support execution for cyber crimes if we maintain such laws the numbers of youth in Nigeria will reduce drastically. Just imagine that all yahoo bois and girls plus Cyber stalker are being executed

But if Nigerians commit similar crimes in their countries or Asia, they have enough space to keep them or end them. You don’t deport international criminals anyhow, if you can manage to create space for the local criminals lump them up with them as well. Stop looking for excuses. This criminals haven’t spent a year in Nig vip prison they have started deporting them. How do you want international criminals to take your laws seriously when you keep giving them soft landing the same way they keep giving kidnappers and terrorists soft landing. You can as well release all the criminals in your custody if you don’t have the facilities to keep them.
