Life has no meaning to me anymore.

The whole thing is just tiring and frustrating.

My mental health is gone.

Sometimes, I feel really Hopeless, Depressed, Dejected, Deserted and aloof from everything that pertains to life.

I'm tired of motivating myself since there's nobody to motivate me. I'm Tired of being anxious about the next minute of my life.

Nothing is working. I hate this negative confession, but this is just the ugly reality of the situation.

I'm planning to put my phone on DND to stop every incoming call and I won't call anyone either. Talking to people is a waste of time for me. I don't need to know what's going on with anybody right now except it's news that will improve my present situation. Once my phone is ringing, I get pissed, especially when the call is already obviously an unimportant one.

Nothing looks appealing to me right now. I'm burdened to the brim. A lot I can't say here. A lot.
It's a life of struggle.

They say, "if he had spoken out, he would have gotten help instead of taking such a tragic decision. What now happens to the family he left behind"?. But same people will still aggravate your woes if you told them.

I don't understand the World we are living in. It appears to be more cruel than I ever envisaged.

Try exercising, outdoor activities like jogging, walking even a walk in a park might be helpful.


Also connect with friends, family for support. Try and socialize as much as possible. Try not to be alone or lonely as much as possible.

Engage in hobbies or leisure activities.

But I don't have close friends of such, neither do I have blood siblings. Relatives are not good

Try and make new friends...

I understand you clearly but what I want you to know is that the real reason behind that post is for financial help. They don't need any tips on how to alleviate their depression. All they need is money. So instead of begging , they create such post to attract sympathy and hope that someone might offer some FINANCIAL help.

Okay... that's right...

I had that at the back of my mind too. But most times except the person comes out openly or directly to ask I don't like to jump into conclusions.

Especially in cases like depression.

Sometimes even a few ones can need help genuinely. And we can't be absolutely sure the genuine ones so it's to assist when we can.

They say if you close your eyes while bad people are passing then when a good person passes you would miss him.

What I have said so far hasn't cost me anything.

Until the person asks for money... then I know what to respond then

Sometimes too when people ask they might be in need genuinely!

Life, at times is unexplainable

You better start striving for yourself and don't give a Bleep about people or asking for plea. 90percent will ignore you and leave you.

Make yourself productive and get value for your life, that is when people will help you when you ask.
The ugly truth nobody is saying is that life is very fucking hard. Nobody send you, and you need to grind and start from the bottom with discipline. There is no short-cut!
