Just as you said that CHINASA burnt down LAGOS?

BIAFRA for IGBOs and nationalities like us will materialize and we shall remind you then.

That is a promise... angry

Are you sure it is not ipob who abducted them like they abducted the Anambra Labour Party Governorship Candidate that is still missing till today?

Owobokori, franchasng, Giddygiddy, when James Nwafor was killing Igbos like fowl under Peter Obi as Anambra Governor. What did the entire SE do to him?

You are here shedding crocodile tears.

This thing is still happening, but are Igbo leaders talking about it?
Few months ago, about 30 corpses of ladies was found in Imo river. You all kept quiet. Where are Igbo leaders? Where are Igbo human rights activists?

They can wipe out 100 Igbos today, but Obi won't say pim. But he's ready to carry black cloth and oversized shoe to run to Jigawa or Ogun and cry that a goat was killed.

You people have refused to tell yourselves the truth. That is why Igbo lives mean nothing in this country again.
There was outrage, Igbos have always resorted to self help in the face of federal government neglect, it didn't start today.

Security is one of the things on the exclusive list of the federal government. Every form of insecurity in Nigeria, the only person that have the absolute power to curb it is the President who is the Commander-in-chief of the armed forces of Nigeria. Police Commissioners in every state hardly take orders from the State Governor except they have very good rapport and mostly if the Governor is a member of the ruling party. CPs take their orders from the IG of Police appointed by the President not Governor. Most times, Governors have little or nothing to do in their states when it comes to insecurity. Things can only change if State Police comes into full implementation with constitutional review.

Why do you think Igbo traders in Aba and Onitsha came together on their own and formed the famous Bakassi Boys to confront the radical criminal elements that also tried to turn Southeast upside down in the 90s and early 2000s?

The current insecurity in the Southeast persisted simply because it's mostly state sponsored plus criminal elements, so it's multifaceted. Igbo stakeholders and CSOs have pleaded with Buhari and Tinubu to temper justice with mercy and release Nnamdi Kanu so that the government aspect can be removed leaving the criminal element side for Igbos and other sincere security outfits to handle, but Tinubu have paid a def ear to our pleas.

Don't worry, continue to support and give excuses for wickedness and injustice, I am very sure that one day you will have a taste of the injustice you support, defend, politicize and trivialize, don't worry, keep up with your good work

You miss the point of what Amnesty International is trying to do here. There will always be crime and criminality in every society, thats why you have the security agencies such as the Police, DSS etc

But when the security agencies, that have responsibility of protecting life and property, join the very criminals they are supposed to be fighting, to abduct and kill citizens, then you know know how low society has sunk

People like you are busy written long epistle, but show no shock that that your Nigerian Police are engaged in murder.

Tomorrow you will tell a foreign investor to leave his country, where he is used to the security agencies protecting life and safety, and come and invest in a country where the Police are busy abducting and killing people?

Just know that the injustice people choose to ignore today will only grow, and it could be anyone tomorrow

The endless massacres of igbos by the Nigerian security agencies must be investigated. This has gone on for way too long that igbos all over the world must find ways to say "enough is enough". The killings have become so routine and casual mainly because no one is punished. Essentially, this practice has been normalised. Many have been killed at the endless checkpoints that liter the east. Breadwinners eliminated out of ethnic ha-te for the flimsiest of reasons.

This started during the civil war and has now become the favourite pastime of different security groups dominated by men from the north and the South west. Like I always say, unless igbos sit down and fathom the most ruthless way to push back, these killings will never stop. Igbos must fi-ght to dominate and control not just their own spaces in this country, but their destinies too.

IPOB went to abduct people suspected to be members of IPOB?

SARS was the worst thing to happen to Nigeria and Nigerians same as so many other police force. They're bunch of criminals under the guise of security forces killing and selling human parts without questioning from anyone. They flex their full muscles on Igbos while the Hausa/Fulani are commiting crimes easily under their escort.

@Gidgiddy.

Bro, when will you wise up like Ijelespeak, Soludo and co who are insisting it is Igbos themselves responsible for 99% (Soludo) of the wrongs happening to Igbos?

You even mentioned Ebebeagu in the list of security parastatals responsible for the disappearance of Igbos, in your eagerness to play victim as usual, without having the objective clarity of mind to note the Ebubeagu was solely formed by your Igbo leaders and was 100% Igbo-run too in term of staffing and operational brief.

All the wrongs happening to Igbos in the SE today is due to direct and indirect actions of Igbos. You and other will never see this because of your culture of seeking to bigotedly blame 'outsiders' and non-Igbos for all your woes.

I will give an example. James Nwafor and his Igbo Awkuzu SARS affiliates killed many young Igbos and even sold their organs in a thriving black market hell in your land.

Yet, how many of you guys have mentioned him here on Nairaland let alone demand he must be fished out and dealt with to serve as a deterrent to Igbos like him?

You Ignore talking about him, as if he never existed, yet focus always on barking about "Fulani DSS killing innocent Igbos" .

If Yoruba land has a James Nwafor he will have no place to hide and will never escape justice living in our land let alone be shielded, as if a ghost, as is happening in Igbo land today.

Yorubas will be disgusted by such a character in our midst and would have started countless thread about him on Nairaland, twitter etal.

This is because the Yorubas are a balanced and responsible people who know there is good and bad in every ethnic group.

We dont host the illogical opinion all our kinsmen are good and all else are bad as you do.

Because Yorubas never seek to shift blame to others over the actions of Yoruba monsters in our society, that we fully acknowledge the existence of, we are able to stay on top of Yoruba criminals to maintain the SW as one of the safest regions of Nigeria.

The Yorubas acknowledge and deal with our aberrant, rogue and criminal elements which has today resulted in how far more safe and sane the SW is in comparison to SE is,

This 'victim card' thread you created , showing the unwillingness of Igbos to take responsibility for their actions, while continuing to obsessively play the victim card against other Nigerians, reveals the main problem of Igbos and Igbo land today.

Lol. Ironic you talk abour SARS. James Nwafor and the many men of Awkuzu SARS he controlled are from what ethnic group exactly?

This blind and clannish exoneration of Igbos of wrongdoing, while insistent on blaming others for everything, is the reason the SE is in serious trouble today.

If you are not a people with the patent mindset that you are all saintly and innocent, while it is others who are demons, then Kanu and co would not have succeeded selling you the narrative that fighting foreigners Will make everything perfect with Igbos.

Today, it is the crew of violent, criminal, cultisy and murderous Igbos Kanu and co empowered, to include teenagers, troubling Igbo land with even Soludo confirmed this

Nigeria is 8th most insecure country in the world for a reason, there is widespread insecurity in the country, at least 4 out of the 6 geopolitical zones in engulfed in insecurity. Just in Benue state alone, there are over half a million people in IDP camps. Even if they give people like you 200 years, you will never bother to ask why your country is like this, all you people care about is using insecurity to play politics as things get worse. There are no IDP camps in Igboland

Amnesty International is trying to tell you that your government and security forces are making insecurity worse, rather than better, but you people don't care

You are in a country where Police officers like James Nwafor are busy committing heinous crimes from abductions to torture to disappearances to murder. Rather than be angry that your own security forces that are supposed protect life and property, are doing the opposite, you are busy talking about their ethnic group?

In you country that claims to be a democracy, security forces are abducting people, never to be seen again. So how will their ever be peace when state actors and none state actors are busy killing people?

The job of Amnesty International is to show you the level your country has sunk, that those who are supposed to give you peace, are busy giving you insecurity. You guys can choose to worry about this, or choose to play politics with it talking about ethnicity

Bro, stop this idiocy. Let us compartmentalize issues, even if of different intellectual capacity, as educated men.

Which are the safest and most unsafe/terrorised regions of Nigeria today?

Does the reality of region, concerning their degree of safety or lack thereof, not highlight the importance of human human factor to you?

While you continue to play the victim card, with your obsessive insistence Igbos are innocent victims over the insecurity in your own SE, your region will continue to burn and deteriorate.

You should not even have started this thread if a person capable of seeing what is obvious.

There are two major groups terrorising the people of SE.

1)UGM
2) Nigerian security forces. Both soldiers and police.

Security men will claim to arrest you, but in the actual sense, they are kidnapping you. If you fail to pay ransom, you might not make it out.

They break into your house or pick you along the road, or in a bar/club or kidnap you while driving.

This are mostly rampant in imo and Anambra.
The UGM are humans, they have families and may be from same region.
What happens when security agents capture them (on their normal life)? The families and friends will go online and tag the security officials kidnappers.
For insecurity to end, family members and close friends should start reporting criminals amongst them to security operatives, if they can’t change their criminal lives.
People should sympathise to those who are truly innocent.
Then check amongst the list, there is no woman nor elderly person. If security operatives are ‘kidnapping’, why are they not taking women?

The information should be verified

It must and I can tell you for free that security agencies have been very complicit in the abductions and killings in the SE region. On this platform, several news outlets have reported about security agents caught masquerading as IPOB .UGM etc . They have been caught and dismissed as such.

Fulani herdsmen also have their militia in several places and those are bring protected by compromised Military and security agencies in the region.

If the SE is peculiar, why haven't the Military and security agencies eradicated the killings in Benue?
