I always tell newbies in our 5 a side to stop running to my man or your teammates man. Just stay with your man, simple and everything will be taken care of. Some of these 18 year olds will leave their man and come and start pressing everywhere the ball is moving, like they are some poor mans Kante because they feel they have too much energy. Most times we would concede from a pass to the man they just left to start pressing other people's men.
