The law is that the trucks should be insured to cover 3rd party payouts and there is no limit to compensation depending on circumstances

Insurance companies have a lot of power and responsibility
They are responsible for ensuring that drivers are qualified and trucks are safe because when stuff happens it is on them to pay out not
Dangote. If a particular customer is causing payouts every month they know what to do
We need to understand and imbibe. insurance culture in Nigeria

He didn't block the road. He is rather halting every Dangote Truck passing through the route until the company pays the hospital bills of their accident victims and compensate the family of the deceased. Should the richest man in Africa be taken to court before he can be responsible? Such wickedness.
