The dad of viral Ibom Air passenger, Comfort Emmanson, has spoken out angrily, demanding compensation for what he described as the humiliation of his daughter, whom he struggled to raise and educate.

In an interview with some Nigerians who sought his reaction, he expressed deep dissatisfaction with how the issue was handled.

Is this not how majority of Nigerian ladies live their lives? Do they ever remember their poor, suffering father? Once they get to the city, they forget their poor father. At worst they only remember their mother once in a while but their father is always a forgotten stone

That girls action was well within her right and acceptable behaviour. You have a right to your personal freedom unless lawfully detained by law enforcement. You have the right to resist your illegal restrainment. How was she unruly?
