Today, I met with the California State Transportation Agency, led by Secretary of Transportation for the State of California - Mr. Toks Omishakin.

Our conversation covered rail, road, and water transportation, as well as aviation, issues that matter deeply to Lagos and California.

For us, the goal is clear, Lagos must continue moving toward a truly multimodal transportation system, where our people can travel safely, efficiently, and with more options.

California’s experience offers valuable lessons, and I believe there is much we can share.

Oga, rest! Lagos State has more touts and thugs than all the touts and thugs in 35 states and FCT combined. It's even annoying that the government doesn't want to rid the state of touts and thugs because they use them to carry ballot boxes and cause mayhem on election days.

I'm even shocked that street boys openly sell Indian hemp in Lagos. Each time they see you, they are either calling you agbawo or asking you to patronize them...they are sooo senseless that they don't even know their customers. I don't really understand the kind of educated men running Lagos State. This particular thing is so irritating.
