Most people don't realize that the bigger your audience, the bigger the mental contributions to make the organization work, if you only listen.

That's why a church's growth will always beat a company's growth in Nigeria; the pastor can ask for "correct" advice from accountants, consultants, builders etc already in the congregation without any charge. A company has to pay big money to the same people to access their professional input.

The only pastors who don't enjoy this are the ones who are not open to being advised. The mega ones are though. My former pastor had 19 consultants (church members) brainstorming for the administration and marketing parts of the church.

A listening president will also hear daily corrections from citizens who are professionals yet ranting on social media and add these to his ongoing plans.

You have spoken well but I don't agree with your analogy using the church, especially if you mean Nigerian churches. We only have wealthiest Pastors infact ranking among the highest in the world but when it comes to church growth, no Nigerian church can be found anywhere on the list among the wealthiest in the world.

Your point is well understood but your analogy is not acceptable.

But if you noticed, you have tackled the issue of effectiveness with their calling and their ability to change lives. I mentioned administration and marketing which gives the exact results you are using to condemn them.

So, the analogy actually works but definitely not for the results you would have loved for it to work for.

STILL, MY CONCERN IS THE NATURE OF THE DESIGN, CONSIDERING THAT THE WATER TABLE MAY BE PERPETUALLY HIGH THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO RENDER THE DRAINAGE USELESS, ESPECIALLY IF THE DISCHARGE POINT OF THE DRAINAGE IS BELOW THE WATER LEVEL. THE UNDERGROUND DRAINAGE FUNCTIONS EFFECTIVELY WHEN IT CAN PREVENT THE WATER TABLE FROM RISING TO A LEVEL THAT MAY INFLICT DAMAGES OR CAN DRAIN THE WATER CONTENT IN THE ROAD EMBANKMENT BACKFILL. I HOPE THE DESIGN IS RESPONSIVE TO THE SITE PECULIARITIES.

I AM ALARMED TO READ THE MINISTER'S DISCLOSURE THAT SOME SECTIONS OF THE ROAD ARE JUST THREE METERS AWAY FROM THE OCEAN! I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE ALIGNMENT OF THE ROAD SHOULD BE SO CLOSE TO THE OCEAN WHEN THE ROAD IS NOT MEANT FOR AMPHIBIOUS ANIMALS BUT FOR HUMAN VEHICULAR TRAFFIC! SUCH SECTIONS OF THE ROAD AND THE VOYAGING VEHICLES CAN BE AT RISK FROM THE DESTRUCTIVE ACTIVE WAVE ACTIONS, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE OCEAN WATER LEVEL IS AT ITS PEAK. I EXPECT THE ROAD ALIGNMENT TO BE FAR FROM THE OCEANS, AND RUN THROUGH COASTAL COMMUNITIES THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SERVED BY THE ROAD. I COME IN PEACE! SHALOM!!
