That is how slavery was successful for 500 years, Africans want to make money because they lack the knowledge to make money from technology or to use their skills.
Reference:
They say Africa was the cradle of civilization. It had great empires of old. So what happened. Why did Africa not head to Europe to enslave them.

The answer is simple. Not a single African empire grew on the strength of it's people. You can never hear how great a people were of any empire on the continent. All you hear is about their great, rich and powerful kings, their nobles, that's all, meaning that African empires did a good job of enslaving their own peoples long before foreigners reached these shores.

And this feudal mindset has continued till this day engrained in the DNA of the average African at all levels and in all walks of life. The leader assuming monarchial powers that corners total authority and resources and arrogates to himself powers to make and execute laws to his benefit alone while emasculating those he leads renderig them powerless, poor and unable to rise to exercise liberty.

That is what is called democracy in these parts, that is even what is called executive powers in boardrooms and way down to homes, the basic family unit, emperors everywhere, poverty, slavery, despondency everywhere else.
Mansa Musa sold his people as slaves when he ran out of money to fund his travel back to Timbuktu. He spent time in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, but never left a building with his name.

Africans have failed to develop beyond medieval tribal lords. Simple mechanised farming is beyond our culture; instead, the entire society is descending into backwards anarchy, where banditry, feudalism and war are the priority.

Thank God they were rescued. Libya, Saudi Arabia and Morocco are where women are brutally raped and their vagina bruised by men of the underworld.

Have you noticed that most African countries are not able to develop internally despite the huge resources available to them.

That they have to exclude their people in the development equation and in the guise of seeking foreign assistance sell their countries and their people out to foreign countries, corporations and entities.

The aftermath of the second world war left much of Europe completely destroyed yet they were able to rebuild almost entirely on their own.

Similarly much of Asia was destroyed by the Japanese empire during the war. It took longer because of the west versus east, capitalism v communiam battles but immediately the Soviet union collapsed all Asian countries began to rapidly develop.

China as a leading example took no loans, took no credit, commandeered no resources from anyone to get where it is today. Their development was as a result of the cultural revolution and internal mechanism that welded the country into one big industrial machine. They suffered but they were able to get going. Today they are the largest lenders to the US. The hold the largest US debt.

Africa because of feudalism and the fear of leaders that the people will be empowerd to question their authority prefer to impoverish the people and seek the resources from abroad to develop therby subjecting their peoples to slavery. African leaders absolutely hate the notion that people they govern should prosper and thus become liberated to govern themselves.

Slavery of 250 years ago ended in Europe and the Americas. It remains alive and kicking in Africa.
