2. A Real estate agent business with class. Just focus on one area with good prospects, preferably around your residence. Print about 5 banners and paste them around. You will make your money in less than a month. I would have made a million in my compound 2 months back, just getting people to come rent the vacant apartments. Unfortunately, I had a sudden health issue and had to be admitted to the hospital for some weeks. By the time I got back, the apartments were no longer available. Just forget shame and walk from house to house, finding vacant apartments and making connections with landlords.


3. If you already have a good following on Facebook and WhatsApp, you can start selling clothes. I don't mean buying English clothes, NO. I mean, go to Pinterest, look for some really outstanding luxury designs for your gender (or whichever you find easier to speak to). Locate a very good tailor, preferably your own, and make about 3 different designs, then sell them under your brand. This will make you good money.

4. Like the individual mentioned above, if you are not the shy type, and can cook, perhaps you can try local roadside foods like bole and fish, as they do in PH. If you sell that for instance, at my area in Benin, you are sure to make good money because no one does it. Just make sure you find a spot close to banks or inside a uni.

You can start buying and selling dry gin ( a.k.a kai Kai, ogogoro) you can buy 2 kegs of 25ltr each for 140k. Then look for a populated local area and mount a kiosk you'll sell the 2 kegs within 2weeks, then you can restuck and watch you business grow. That's the business a woman in my are does, and she says it's very profitable but many people overlook it. She's training 2 children in tertiary institutions with proceeds from the business.

This type try don't give you any target. Just advertise land or house, let's say a house that costs 50million, your commission is 5% of the amount. Once the transaction comes through you, you'll be paid 2.5 million. It's real but it could take ages for you to get a customer.

Let me be honest with you, with that amount you can hit the jackpot in six months if you're serious. Iam an Igbo guy to tell you the truth. (1) You can start phone accessories business with that (2) You can start POS business with that and gradually expand it by adding other stuff like the phone accessories I mentioned earlier.
