£1m is N2.2b. 5 years is enough time to hit that mark in a credit economy that respects the rule of law. When people say Nigeria is the best place to make money, it's because they are among the 2% of people Nigeria favoured. 92% are just hopeless space fillers praying for better tomorrow that may not come. |

SocialJustice: ![]() To be honest, you are right. It's very easy to become a Naira billionaire working in a western country if you migrate legally through study, work or marriage. Just have a cultured lifestyle, don't live on credit abroad unless you are using the credit to run sure business. Don't form the habit of buying latest brand new cars, gadgets and luxury wears. Buy affordable used cars outrightly. Forget what colleagues would say, buy used gadgets. Don't make luxury wears your lifestyle, just buy basic wears. Reduce your credit lifestyle. Take overtime shifts or extra hours to enable you save more. Cancel eating out and learn to make your own meals at home. Buy local Nigerian foods from Nigeria and stock up using local Naija logistics services now available in most countries. With this habit and cultured life, it is very easy for a Nigerian living abroad to save 3 to 5 million monthly. If you check it, in a year, you can save up to 70million or even more depending on your job and savings habit. If you add legit business runs to this, you can double that savings in a year and you are on your way to becoming a Naira billionaire in about 10 years abroad. It's doable. Reason I advice Nigerian youths to consider Japa at very younger age before plenty responsibilities sets in. |
