We don't know where you live or the standard of living you had when things were good. Someone who lives in Ikoyi has a different standard of living compared to someone who lives in Ogudu, and the cost of living in Ikoyi is also different from that in Dutse GRA.

Where do you live? Does your wife work? What do you do for a living? Do you pay rent or own your property? What assets do you have? What is the age range of the 500 children that you have? Why did you go on to have 500 children in the first place? Were you not alive when Buhari destroyed the Nigerian economy between 2015 - 2019? So, why have 500 children then blaming an innocent Tinubu? Tinubu sef does not have 500 children, nor his son Seyi.
Stockholm syndrome is affecting most of you, basic lifestyles is what most Nigerians called a luxury and that's the reason i didn't include my budget list to the original post because to me they are basics but many will term them luxury . Many don't even know things have really changed, they still believe that with 10m,they can build a house and buy a car.

To be fair though, basic living is common with most people. Most humans are average, including in the abroad. Nothing too exceptional. Even if na well known public schools, it is still okay. My focus on having fewer children is because of the costs involved as they become older. In the olden days, children were assets, but today, they are costs. Also, I am more concerned with my standard of living. Just because I have children does not mean my own standard of living should drop. I had a life before children, and must maintain (with room for increment) that standard after having children.
How does the phrase " in the abroad" sounds to u?

U are educated and still write this kind of grammar in this time and age we are in.

It is "in abroad and not "in the abroad" oga.

I am not mocking u but it is annoying to make such a sentence.

I get your point. But I like writing it that way. When I make a formal post, say an application, I don't write it like that.

Sorry, but that is not entirely true. Things have changed, and that is why you, too, should adapt to change. Since you know that what you called the basics have now become luxuries due to the cost of living, you plan ahead, and the biggest form of planning is having fewer children. In fact, it has its name "family planning". That is the biggest cost of living planner any man in Nigeria can have. Everyone cannot be an Odogwu or a Chief Executive, but by having fewer children, the man can still enjoy the "luxuries" of life regardless of the past, present, and future economic conditions.

In the developed world, many have a maximum of two children so they maintain their current standard of living, which involves eating out periodically, embarking on foreign trips, changing cars, and buying fashion items. I have come across couples like that - they travel outside once a year and change their wardrobes. How many children? One or two. Never seen any with three children. The problem is that you want to maintain these "luxuries" while having 500 children in a country whose GDP growth rate has never hit 5% since 2015. Sorry, but that is not possible. All Nigerian men cannot be an Elumelu.

P.S. Read that again, for almost fifteen years, Nigeria's GDP growth rate has not hit 5%.
