Ogun State has openings to the Atlantic Ocean and we know. It was carved so deliberately wink

If you buy and read books written by the late Sage, Pa Obafemi Awolowo, GCON, you will learn the strategic reasons why these places were kept away till date wink
Can you state the reasons as briefly as you can?

where in Ondo State please?
The beach starts from a place called Igbokoda, I don't know where it ends.
Just go to Okitipupa, last bus stop.
You will see where people are boarding boats and ferries.
South West is the blessed side.
We blessed God.

This place is Ogun water side, closer to IBEJU Lekki/Dangote refinery and the closer to Ondo State, Okitipupa (Olokola Free Trade Zone).
Its a coastal water that pass through this axis as I ve landed properties around this location, ode omi precisely.

Ogun state is yet to have better governor. Most of those who have been governing don't know the extent of the potentials of the state not to talk of the proximity with Lagos state, sharing border with Oyo state, sharing border with neighbouring country Benin

If the new Cargo airport is well maintained, it should serve as strategic airport for cargo exporting shipment in Southern Nigeria specifically.
I shall surely become ogun state governor one day and turn tides around!

Go and write it down, for now am studying politics and am making money.
You gerrit?

Ogun is not a littoral state.
It doesn't have access to the ocean rather a river that leads to the sea.
Stop being deceived, go and check your map
it's fake bro
Ogun does not have access to the ocean, talk more of a beach.
Check your map
Yes, Ogun State has access to the ocean via the Atlantic Ocean along its southern border, particularly in the Ogun Waterside Local Government Area, which features beaches like Aba Gold and Igbosere Beach, serving as historic trade routes and maritime centers.

It is not everything the state government should do. This is a job for the private sector. And, frankly, if someone hasn't built something there, it's because there's hardly any market there.
How will the "private sector" get involved when the state government is not driving investors that way! Some people in Ogun state don't even know this exist. Read this thread!

Ogun that is literally Lagos now, doesn't have the market? If the state government can't build local consumption for attractions like this which investor will put money there?

On this Ogun hasn't woken up to the potential that abounds. See all the resorts that are springing up in Lakowe, SangoTedo etc

That place is too remote for any major economic reality. Well, unless maybe if a train station runs through that part.

This should also prove to you that Tinubu deserves accolades for monitoring successive Lagos governors
is there any section of the nigerian constitution that gives tinubu the power to "monitor" successive Lagos governors?

what is the benefit of the monitoring of successive governors?

Very good but nobody is asking which body of water is beside the beach just like we have the Atlantic ocean to some prominent beaches. Please let's check the map very well
