The space under is because of the terrain of that place. It's a swampy and flooded area. Major of buildings around that enclave are built in that manner.

Also, Soludo vuvuzelas boys should do well to show us the interior of that project, let the masses ascertain the quality of this project else, it's just another Governor Amuneke project.

That’s under Anyamelum LGA . PO built the entire LGA buildings standing today equipped with healthcare centers in 21 LGAs of Anambra state , before then halls and classrooms were rented as LGA offices.Aguleri otu was initially cut off from rest of Anambra by river omambala but PO built a connecting bridge to the community which makes access to LGA and healthcare access a few minutes from the community. The fact soludo named it solution and said it’s the first in the community to mock PO shows the pettiness of an empty so called professor. Go and verify as PO name and date of commissioning are still on the buildings. What strengths people belief in PO is the kind of people attacking or criticizing him because when you look they are all part of that decayed corrupt system mindset that has kept the country down from ever achieving its status as giant of Africa
