That should be bacterial wilt which unfortunately has not cure. You try as much as possible to avoid it by planting resistant varieties (where possible). But if you already have them on your crops. Your best bet is to remove them quickly and dispose properly to avoid infecting more stands. Continuously monitor and eliminate affected once quickly to reduce spread.

I had some in my farm too.

You need to confirm though. Hope you are not having water stress?

How to confirm: cut the stem and immerse the cut end in water; the presence of a milky white bacterial ooze confirms the disease.

His looks more like water stress to me. How many times is he watering his plants in this period of August break? He can also check for the bacterial wilt too like you suggested.

I'm sorry I actually don't have enough experience with peppers to know a variety to recommend.

Your case must have been fungal wilt.

The ones on your farm did/are doing great.
You could suggest those.

I especially liked those green habaneros.
They're a🔥🍰 in culinary.

The above case as seen is not of wilt.. There's no wilt.. If you look carefully
It's more of
Nutrition Deficiency
Parasitic insects whiteflies / Aphids
Fungus

I had same challenge. Those pictures attached are from my farm. You can see the water test I did for confirmation.

I've indicated how the OP can do a confirmation.

I’ve tried this but, nothing ooo. Like I’m not seeing any bacteria ooze

If that is the case then it rules out bacterial wilt. Is there any sign of fungal growth? That could mean its fungal wilt which fungicides can handle.

Another consideration, do you have excessive rainfalls? If so, there is a chance of root rot. You could have shared the pictures of the root zone.

If there are nodes on the root, then it is nematodes. Nematode eradication at this stage if it is the case can be very expensive.
