I wanted to to keep this remedy to my self, but I had to share.

Try this remedy if you want you want to .... but it works.
So I work with a man who doesn't eat what every one eats he eats mostly natural food... not processed food..

He does this daily...
From cucumber, to bitterleaf to cabbage, tomatoes and the rest.... you name it.
Once in a while he drinks carbonated drinks...
Even if you gift him a crate of carbonated drinks he will give you back... The highest processed food you see him eat is doughnut..at most one..
He told me a remedy for kidney problems that works constantly.

Avocado.
Get an avocado pear and boil the seed... get as many and boil to extract the tea.keep drinking the tea..at least twice daily....till patient is ok.

When you get better thank God and also appreciate with your testimony...
If you find it difficult going to toilet....eat cucumber
If you want smooth skin...drink tigernut drink
For severe malaria and yellow fever... boil unripe pawpaw fruit..and drink the tea...

problem no dey for her body. Even my sisters piss for bed till them reach 15 years. Women urinary system is short and exposed to the outside.make she dey eat evening food before 8 o'clock pm.most of The food go digest b4 bed time. Then set alarm close to her to trigger every by 12;45 am, then every 1;30 mins.. She go wake and pee. If she constantly does this for 8 months, her body go attune to it
