On the portal. For each shares, you will see the registrar for that particular company.
Take down the names of those registrars and contact them via email or phone.
Approach a stockbroking firm and a stockbroking account will be opened for him(Estate of NAME OF DAD).
You will need to get some documents like death certificate, newspaper publication, the company will also do their own search and you pay a certain amount depending on the stockbroker, court documents, letter of admin and his bank account needs to be converted to an estate account also.

Once you have all the requirements requested to you are good.

Those shares will be dematerialised ie converted to a e-copy since many people then have physical certificates.
They can also carry out another service to track if there are other shares he bought in his name then(it's called Global search).

Your stockbroker will also liaise with the registrars once account is opened and documents is in place.
The last part is for the registrars to credit your late Dad CSCS Account with those shares and start paying unclaimed dividends as long they are satisfied with documents provided

Personally, whenever I’m in Delta State, I hardly even look at women there because the mentality is off. Something as simple as pizza, they’ll sit and wait for you to buy it for them. Even the few that manage to have money still expect you to do absolutely everything for them.

From my personal experience, the women I’ve met in Lag, Abj, and PH are way more reasonable compared to the ones in Delta. I’ve also visited a couple of other states, and I stand by what I just said.

The mentality in many other cities is exactly why some people can’t imagine living anywhere else in Nigeria apart from Lagos, Abuja, or PH.

Honestly, I never understand why some men behave like this. If your wife or girlfriend cheats on you, isn’t it obvious she doesn’t rate you at all?

A cousin of mine almost landed in jail because of woman matter. The guy his woman slept with nearly died twice in the hospital after my cousin and his guys beat him almost to death. Just because of cheating.

Irrespective of how anyone tries to spin it, women are the gatekeepers of sex, no two ways about it.

If I ever catch my wife in bed with another man, my problem will be with her, not him. And even with that, I won’t raise my hand to beat her. She’s already broken the trust, the best move is separation, not violence. What if you kill her? Or what if you go after the man and things go sideways, you kill him or he kills you? Why risk your whole life over someone cheating on you?

No amount of love should ever make you fight or arrest somebody because they slept with your woman, unless she was raped.

However, via EDMMS, I did for my oldman for his unclaimed dividends and got email notifications that the e-dividend mandate requests were under processing. After 2 months, only few out of like 40+ companies have paid his unclaimed dividends. Only Meristem, First Registrars, Cardinalstone effected payment. Thunder fire Atlas and co.
