ADC is leading a potent mass movement which will shock the world. We will upstage the status quo in a way which will leave doubters dumbstruck,” he maintained.

Lol. Obidients, Una don hear am from the Horse's mouth. Atiku will run so no chance for Obi in ADC.

Only two choices for you lot. Back Obi passionately to defeat Atiku and Tinubu or, as usual, do your vindictive and hateful thing of "anybody but Yoruba President" and back Atiku.

Either way, Una don lule again because it is Tinubu till 2031 and the South West, now totally fed up of the hate and toxicity you have openly displayed for them since 2022 when Obi and GRV decided to run, will back SS next time it is the turn of the South in 2039.

Its not about beating atiku but the man's stepping down and supporting obi..what's bad or so difficult about that?. Atiku may be working for tinubu cos I dont see how he will get upto 6m in 2027. Im obidient and still hope he steps down. Else, I'd vote tinubu like I said above. South must do 2 terms complete. If not for Obasanjo's dogged moves, the north would have stopped him in his 2nd terms with the ghali n'aaba's sponsored sharia and atiku's revolting against him.

Jonathan got there and was removed with the help of a southerner tinubu. That's the reason I dont like him but I'd not mind voting him to prevent north coming to shortchange south again.

You will need to win your polling unit first. That may be the only shock we would receive.

You think In your smal mind a southern will defeat tinubu in 2027? Forget about this north and south stuff . Nigerian presidency is 4 years not 8 years after 4 years another zone can contest . Zoning my foot .so we should leave an incompetent government to continue to destroy the country because it's the turn of his region
Thegoodone13:
. Atiku can't never beat Tinubu in 2027. It's turn of southern to produce president in 2027. Atiku need to wait till 2031. Obi, Jonathan or Seyi have chance than Atiku.

Nobody in that ADC coalition can beat Atiku in a primary election. Even if they all come together, they still can't defeat him.

Someone that almost defeated Buhari in 2015 at APC primary election in Lagos.

And yet though, Atiku remains the only aspirant that can beat Tinubu in 2027.

Any other projection is just a waste of electoral funds
I agree that Atiku is the only one with the pedigree to come close to defeating Tinubu in any election, but he will still lose.

Though I am an obi supporter, I might vote tinubu this coming election. The man is trying, true true.

Atiku can not defeat Tinubu anytime any day because without Obidient support, Atiku can't win and without Atiku support Obi can't win

Atiku the greedy. Imagine contesting for presidential election since 1993? Children born then are now grandpa and grandma.
Atiku didn’t contest presidential election in 1993.

He was an aspirant in SDP primaries.

The worst candidate of the entire lot. A disaster of humongous proportion that will not happen. GOD FORBID.

Atiku is far worse than Abacha. And that is why he is super desperate.

Now he is making excuse for bye election failures.

Meanwhile the baggar dey dubai dey enjoy his previous loot.

I don’t think it’s greediness. It is within his right and the purview of of the constitution that he can contest as long as he wants.

There is no reason to attack any man with vision and dreams. People do business for decades yet continue the business even after they have made a lot of money in the same business.

It’s a great thing for everyone to have dreams.

BUT his arrogance has been the reason he has never been the president and I believe his time has passed. He is a rude politician who believes that after money nothing else is needed to achieve his dreams.
He had his best chance for the second time in 2023 against Tinubu having missed it in 2019 against Buhari

His arrogance was the only reason Tinubu won him. He was ordinarily meant to win that election.

Both of them were on ballot last 2023 elections, jagaban beat Atiku, now jagaban is on seat, pls explain how Atiku will beat him.

Since 1993, how much improvement has the country witnessed outside the deregulation and privatisation era of PDP capitalists, of which Atiku is an integral part?

thisweekng:
The Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy Chief Olawale Edun has said the last time Nigeria’s economy looked stable was about a decade ago.

He made this statement during his maiden press conference as Minister of Finance where he outlined President Bola Tinubu’s vision, agenda and strategy for the economy.

He said, “I think as we all know, we are not where we should be. The economy is barely growing above the rate of population growth.

“But it was not always so, and I think in trying to look at the way forward, if we now have a situation of slow growth, double-digit inflation, weak/depreciating exchange rate, as well as security concerns that are resulting in an economy that is not growing and not taking Nigerians out of poverty.

“If we think back to the last time when the economy was stable- when it was growing, when inflation was low, and the interest rate was affordable, that period was about a decade ago. Growth was about 6% in 2013 and 2014.”

Where did you get your info from?? He didn’t almost win in 2014 oga. He came third. He scored about 950 votes and Kwakwanso who came second scored about 970. Buhari won with a wide margin of about 3400..

Atiku can be beaten in primary. He has no magic wand. Wike already was winning him in 2022 until Tambuwal came to his aid.

But not just any politicians that can beat him in a pry anyway.

No, you got it wrong. Kwakwaso came 2nd in that primary election while Atiku came 3rd.

Ordinarily, Buhari wasn't supposed to have defeated kwakwaso and Atiku but Tinubu made it happen and he did that to take over from Buhari. So, it's all about scheming and permutations.
It's an impulse. HIs bottomline is that Obi cannot be president so he had to twist history to make Atiku look like the best chance. That's what bias does to people.
