I have operated a charging station powered by solar because i understand solar so well since 2019.
I basically earn free money when there is no light and no i am going aggresive on my business.

employ competent hands, pay them salaries and commission, also pay them commission if they refer anyone, that way they can not leave.

Paying salaries doesnt work for that kind of handwork.
