Some times, giving your building projects to professionals is better than trusting it in the hands of family members wey never see food chop.

There are many reputable building contractors who advertise houses they have built for many people on social media. They travel down to your village/town, measure your piece of land, and start erecting a house on it. I think diasporans should start engaging them. You can get a trusted relative to only supervise them and send pictures/videos so you can independently track the project progress. Sorry to that man; trust is a big issue in this country.
