Some drivers too could be quite greedy sha.
On Saturday morning, around 1:30 AM, I booked a ride from GUO Jibowu to Magodo.
Indrive suggested #6400 or thereabouts and I increased it to 12k.

Drivers were still bidding higher....
Like WTF!!

It's such a huge shame on the app companies (Indrive, Bolt, Uber). They only think about their profits ( commissions).
Lol, they are simply taking advantage of the situation of the economy.
Na the government, no be thier fault.
Assuming things don improve trust me a lot of drivers will quit and they will have few drivers left and will have no options than to increase the fares or reduce their commissions.

I was a rider for two complete month (May/June) and even part of July and not for once was I fortunate to take a ride with a good suspension! Believe me, on e you order a ride, note that you'll be picked up with a scrappy car, at least 9 out of 10! Like you, I wonder if they are part of the gang making 50k daily as we see on naira land Uber thread.
Lol, Bros abeg I no wan laugh this morning.
I thought I am the only one noticing it, some even come with cars that you can never imagine but we keep cool after all everybody is managing to survive.

But one thing I have noticed is most of the Riders don't even bother about the AC stuff again, except minute few.
Is like they are getting the message, some drivers are really helping them know what is xuping.

That's the point, like this morning I am seeing 19k on my bolt app but my fuel is gone so I'll buy another fuel and start afresh.

Lmao, absolute zero pity to give... Another new pattern I've seen on indrive is, routing traffic through coastal road when it's obviously blocked, coastal road reads free road, hence the app gives cheap price, when I'm reality you're taking epe road... This whole thing is messed up man
I thought I an the only person noticing this, even bolt app is now using same pattern.
If you like spend the whole day in lekki traffic nothing significant will b added at the end.

One day you all will accept that the driver is the biggest weapon fashioned against himself in this e-hailing. Till then keep playing the ostrich. A driver has done something wrong but una de rationalize am.

Lolz, or the car will come with 3 wheels while the last wheel will be floating in air.

Come to think of it, maintenance ain't a joke o, and the price isn't motivating to work.

I beg to disagree with u. Standard is standard.... Na as fuel price go up people no dey on a c. But does a.c reduce d fuel in a carhuh So kus of fuel I go come dey inhale all smell wey full Lagos state. Pls and pls let's say d open truth. I never off a c except d rider say he or she does not want it..d only advice I will give d rider in question is dat once u book a rider always drop a msg asking if d a.c is working. So he or she can no his or her faith.. money sef is not easy to be made to for everyone...
Additionally d rider can book bolt comfort..
Na bolt I blame for this whole tin.
They have no standard at all
Nelochukwu:
Bro the entitlement is second to non. D fares are ridiculous already any reasonable rider sud understand. AC or no AC shouldn't even be an issue except Iz Bolt comfort or Uber. Iz not easy maintaining cars honestly this e hailing sud be luxury service not for everyone ooo. If the prices r not ok then jump bus/bike/keke or buy a car. Even d yellow cabs charge more and no AC plus scrappy cars.

Iz well

Driving within city with AC consumes more fuel while driving on highway with AC reduce fuel consumption...

Bro ur disagreement is valid. But make I ask u, what is d standard, is AC the standard? Who set this standard? Cause d standard abroad is not d same done here. If Bolt and I drive uses same energy used abroad then we have a STANDARD but u cannot drop ball and claim standard. The standard in Nigeria any thing with 4 wheels enter and if u want standard use Bolt comfort or UBER (My nigga grin) Bro if passengers want ac make dem do comfort Bolt y u think Bolt created that category.

Iz well sha

You're going too far sir, AC is not a standard even in Nigeria! Here in Abuja (as anyone who has used the service here can attest to) as hot as the weather, it's one in 10 bolt ride that drives with AC on. (You can go and verify)
The same Bolt App, Same Country! There's no basis to assume superhuman because you drive with AC, it's a choice, once we see Lagos people for Abuja we must know! Very entitled lots and we dey put them for their place. The drive it to take you from Point A to B safely.

Una don really spoil them for that una Lagos sha.

No mind our Lagos people Everytime on AC on AC Oga iz it AC u came to receive or get to ur destination so u can carry on d business u have for d day? Which one is do u have AC?. ITs annoying honestly.

The standard is and will remain this, as long as no be bicycle/okada/keke/korope that came to pick u. If it has 4 wheels and a registered plate number my brother entered d car sharply cause even d next one u order will be worse.

Abeggiii dey put them for dia place. U r doing a righteous work
