Even military government will not do what u stated not to talk of legislation on it. Anyway, The president is referring to the Fuel subsidy, forex of man know man and requesting for kickback before any contract. there is still corruption but curbing corruption is not by noise. Sometimes removing the avenues for stealing without making noise halts corruption quietly.
