I don't even believe any news or inforroll out by Imo state government. I have watched Tv documentary about Imo state government road infrastructure, but when I pass through Owerri recently it unbelievable, the roads are in very bad shape. the bypass by The Chosen church was not motorable,you have to swim through water filled roads the road leading to Portharcourt was filled with potholes.

Don't be deceived, it is not true,the governor promised to send 4000 citizens from that state to Europe during his campaign, nothing happened, visit the state capital you will be greeted by bad roads filled with potholes

Not sure this is worth celebrating. However, it's better that what it used to be. I just hope this goes beyond words and it gets implemented.

I am a civil servant in Abia state and I know how much we receive every month. Whoever that is feeding you with such blatant information needs to be in rehabilitation center.

One thing I know you guys are quite good at is how to lie and twist narratives, but the truth will remain the truth, that's why Nigeria despite the lies and propaganda is the way it is today, nobody can demarket a good product that has been tested and trusted...

Very Laudable. This would be the highest minimum wage paying state in the Federation. Doctors deserve the increase as an incentive, among others, to keep them from relocating. Other states should emulate this giving increased Federal allocation and low purchasing power caused by inflation

A governor has done an upward review of minimum wage in his state and rather than commend the governor, you're here blabbing "is it before or after tax"! During tax ni😂😂😂 all the enemies of good news will have their own share of what they pray for!

Honestly, all the Igbos I know always bash this man. Meanwhile, the last time I went to Imo, I saw all the works this governor has done and still doing and I was forced to ask exactly why they hate the man so much.

Trust me, as someone from another region I became so ashamed of his critics.

I have no personal affiliation with any of these politicians but any politician that performs beyond expectations will always be my man.

Look at Tinubu, Nyesom Wike, Dave Umahi, Sanwoolu, Seyi Makinde, Tunji Ojo as well as this Imo state governor. They're are working wonders and we need more of their types in Nigerian politics.

He now wants to start campaign for the 2031 Apc vice-presidential ticket. It’s between him, Umahi, Wike, Bianca and Orji Kalu.

I’m predicting serious fight between the 4 men thereby making them to just give it to Bianca.

Honestly I dislike how we focus on doctors as if they are the only workers in the healthcare industry. What of the others? At least increase the salaries of the others too... This is how needless strikes and issues are caused in the healthcare system... Can the doctors alone do the whole hospital work? Anyway, it's not even certain that the governor will pay this his audio announcement

How a whole Abia state governor still dey pay 30k while states like Ekiti, ebonyi, Benue and co are paying more than 65k. It's a shame on the governor and the docile indigines of abia.

Don't mind wicked politicians the 104,000 is paying may not be as strong as 70,000 that another state is paying. What the normally do is that, they would pay small cadre like level 1-4 104,000 and they would pay others too with heavy tax . The money will surely return back to them . Because they know they have limited number of lower cadre officers. And that's why they would announce big minimum wage without reaching all the levels.

I don't trust anything from Hope uzodinma though my brother and governor. Is IMO allocation and IGR enough to cater for this or we are in for a borrowing spree? The aga do template at the federal to cater for infrastructural needs anytime.
