There was a time I use to be seriously patriotic about Nigeria getting better, not until I realised how deeply destroyed the foundation is. Top security bosses and government officers will come across this video and trust me, they won't even feel moved to call the officer in question to order. One of the way to corb this nonsense is to make sure Nigerian security officers are educated. Not this illiterate recruits that do not even know the law and perpetuate far more crimes than criminals themselves.
