The truth is....i grow most of my foods....yam tubers,pepper,okra,birds(chicken)
I fry my own Garri,potatoes, corns,Greens,beans and the rest.

Growing your own food and vegetables can help you save a lot. Well done.

The only harm you are doing is giving him sugar in the form of "soda" or "soft drinks". You are hastening diabetes and cancer. Give him water. If you need to make a cheap drink, use Zobo with no flavor and no sugar. Add only a small amount of raw orange, pineapple, mango, or other juice. Natural oooo...but not too much. Do not use packaged juice. No "Five Alive" or similar. Also, natural fruits should be kept to a minimum. Diabetes can result from using them excessively. Modern fruits have been modified so that their brix level (sugar level) is higher than usual. This is why, despite the fact that they are natural, we should limit our consumption.

You can do better, see chicken my daughter marinated this morning and put inside fridge so when I want to snack on shikin, okukor, or fowl, I just put some inside airfrier sharp sharp, it cost just 1000 naira, see the package ice cream, vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, put syrup on top, then some skittles all for 100 naira.
Total 1100 naira.
