We don’t really die I think, we keep living but I don’t know till when. May be till end time, I don’t really know and that is why sometimes you see something’s and you will be like you have see. It before but can’t really say where and when. We are like person with many lives. It doesn’t really make sense to come from a better place and struggle to go back to that better place. We living to die. Make no sense

Hebrews 9:27-28.

Oga, forget scripture! That Jewish history book was writing by mere human beings like you and I. Don't rely solely on it for consultation at all time.

Life is meaningful with Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord.

If our hope is in this world , we are of all men most miserable (1 corinthians 15;19)

Jesus is the only one that can give assurance of a sure life in eternity after death
Unfortunately, there's no eternity. It all starts and ends here. You are born, you live give birth to others and die....then repeat the cycle.

If u believe in God, then here is the reason we are here :

In the past , there was no human, only powerful spirits... They are ranked according to their influence.. the one of perceived highest influence is called God.

Now God, has alot of ppl who adore him and follow him, he cares for them, but because there were so much.. all in spirits oo.. he assigned roles to lower influencial spirits to guide them non stop,..

Note: even the lower influencial are also more powerful and influencial that God's worshippers.. with time, the lower influencial spirits whom the followers see more often started being worshiped by Gods followers.. this got God angry at both his followers and his subject lower influencial spirits...

Other lower influencial spirits whom still side with God in this confusion , in anger , attacked the break away spirits.. then there was war in heaven..

God then wanted to destroy both his worshipers and the rebellious spirits... Then something happened, the rebellious spirits taunted God telling him he is forcing the followers to like him by force, that they already worships them and not him, and challenge God saying if you thing otherwise , subject them to test of choice of preference...

He still didn't want such challenge, but his loyal subjects thought it wise.. ND he sought a place outside the heavens to start that challenge...

He, one by one through creation and later through pro creation by birth is sending every member of his multitude worshipers to earth to live and die.. all in their lifetime, to make just one decision of where each one stands.. btw God and his rebellious fellow spirits...

So your life is a mirror of ur believe, and your inner believe will be judged when u die and return to where he slated for judgement...

He also doesn't want to finish off his spirit opponents till the birth of all the multitude of his followers (who are fmrly spirit, but now human ) are introduced into the world...

Now you get, why you are here...?
False! God is god! Whatever name you call him.it.her doesn't matter. S/he's just there. And energy, like an air..... abundant everywhere. You may choose to engage it/him/her in whatever dimensions you like depending on what spiritual approach you want.

Nothing matters here. Only death: disappearance, vanity and nothing like legacy because even if you make billions of dollars bfor going, it will only be useful for the living and the dead gets nothing. Life is indeed meaningless.
The meaning of life unfolds on two levels: a primary (spiritual) meaning and a secondary (practical or logical) meaning. The primary meaning is deeply spiritual and often eludes full understanding without faith or transcendence, as philosophies and religions alike suggest that the ultimate purpose of existence is rooted in something beyond our material experience.

For the secondary meaning, imagine the sun—swimming around the earth for billions of years, enduring without ever questioning its purpose. At some point, the sun wonders: "What is the reason for my existence?" It sees other celestial bodies, stars and moons, performing their own cosmic dances. What the sun doesn’t realize is that its very presence—providing light and warmth—is the foundation for life on earth. Without it, the world would be cold and dark, devoid of living things.

Each of us is like the sun. We possess a gift or potential needed to nourish humanity. The key is to recognize this potential and use it for personal fulfillment and the welfare of others. By contributing our abilities to the world, we fulfill our unique mission in life. As nature replenishes itself, new beings (human and non-human) arise to carry forth new missions after each life passes, continuing the cycle. Consider the humble plant: it may perceive its existence as mundane, yet its production of oxygen is absolutely essential for all living creatures, while humans reciprocate by producing the carbon dioxide plants require.

Many people wonder why life may appear meaningless. Often, it is because they have not yet discovered their own gifts or contributions. Without awareness of one's potential, life can feel empty. But when someone identifies their unique capability—whether it’s inventing, teaching, caring, or creating—it imbues life with significance and aligns individual actions with the broader needs of humanity. This understanding transforms existence from mere survival into meaningful participation within the human story.

If a person has found and used their gifts to enrich themselves and society, their life is not meaningless. For those who have not, it is essential to "know yourself first." Self-discovery is the gateway to uncovering life’s purpose and meaning. The spiritual meaning is more profound and becomes clearer when combined with the logical search for meaning—eventually, one perceives both sides of existence.

From the spiritual perspective, many faiths (including Islam, Christianity, and others), advocate that life was created with intention. Only the Creator can reveal the ultimate purpose, yet each human is entrusted with fulfilling a part of this greater purpose. As Allah says in the Qur’an:

“Did you then think that We created you (mankind) without purpose, and that you would never be returned to Us?” (Qur’an 23:115).

Just as humans create tools like artificial intelligence with intentional purposes, it is unlikely God or nature created humankind “for nothing.” Each of us carries a mission; by discovering and fulfilling it, we contribute to the fabric of existence itself.

This topic has always interested me a lot. I used to search for an illusory purpose for my existence, but I've come to the conclusion that life itself is meaningless.

Over the years, humans have long sought to know the purpose of our existence here and where we go afterwards. From my point of view, we’re just another creation of the universe to keep her going. And there are so many others out there whom we may never reach until the planet reaches its prime.

Meanwhile, Andromeda is coming.
Even if it will, worry not about it's coming. We all would be dead billions of years by then. Our current lives and experiences remain untouched by such distant possibilities.

I find myself drawn to discussing topics that delve into life's fascinating mysteries. Among the most enigmatic occurrences I have encountered are those that linger in my memory with a sense of wonder and intrigue. First on the list is sleep paralysis. I have done my research and now understand the scientific explanations that demystify it, which has lessened the fear I used to associate with these episodes. Interestingly, as I've aged, these episodes have become less frequent, perhaps signaling a connection between age and its occurrence. Another curious phenomenon I experience is the appearance of repeating numbers, a pattern commonly referred to as synchronicities, particularly sequences such as 1111, 111, 444, and 44. Despite my best efforts to avoid encountering these numerical repetitions, they persistently appear in unexpected places. I have yet to uncover a logical explanation that satisfies my inquisitiveness, nor do I find myself wholly persuaded by the spiritual interpretations that others propose. Then, there is the concept of astral projection, a subject shrouded in mystery and one that stirs my curiosity deeply. While I may have missed certain discussions or comments on this topic, I am still awaiting a detailed account from someone who has willingly experienced astral projection. It would be intriguing if such an individual could share insights about existence beyond our physical bodies, something I continuously ponder. I harbor a longing to experience this metaphysical journey myself, driven by an earnest desire to uncover answers to the myriad questions that orbit this life we live, questions that often linger on the fringes of understanding.

I saw it in a trance when I was so so seeking why we are all here...

It's played to me like a film... I was just watching.....

Later , one by one, I started to see patches of it's evidence in the bible... I was also shocked ..

Evident like in rev 12:7-9..

Remember another part said..for all have sinned and come short of his glory

Remember another, Jesus, replies and said "before Abraham, I am"

Another, it is appointed for man once to die and face judgement..

Jesus, always cast out bad spirits but never killed them, because it's not yet time for their destruction..

Remember job' trials..which post ceeded aggreement btw God ND a bad spirit...

There are so many of them.evidence
now I understand from the bolded....I knew such information could not be from the Bible.

Simple question; where does everybody goes after death?... wetin be all these long epistle wey u dey write?
Lol, I no sabi write short answers. grin
The essence of my last paragraph captures the answer: this world is much like a "grand stage", where each of us performs our roles according to our unique abilities and gifts. When the curtain falls—when our part in the story concludes—we return home (afterlife), just as actors leave the stage once the play is finished.

Human beings are, at our core, spiritual entities inhabiting physical bodies for a limited time. When we depart from this world, our souls return to their origin—our divine Maker. This is why, upon someone’s passing, prayers such as “may their soul rest in peace” are offered. Such prayers reflect a hope that the soul finds comfort in the afterlife, rather than suffering, and acknowledge that our destiny beyond this life depends on the actions and character we showed while on earth.

Many spiritual traditions—Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, indigenous religions, and more—share the belief that our time on earth is a preparation or test, and the "afterlife" is the realm where the soul’s journey continues, shaped by the choices we made. Whether described as heaven, paradise, or another home for the spirit, each tradition affirms that our earthly actions hold lasting consequences and meaning beyond material existence.

Just as an actor’s performance influences how the story is remembered, our deeds on earth shape the destiny of our souls. By fulfilling our mission with integrity and compassion, we not only complete our role in this life but also prepare for what comes after, trusting that our souls find true peace in returning home.

Peace!
Re: Where Everybody That Dies Truly Goes To After Death? by Zacka12:
What is thought by the ancients is that;

In this current paradigm, your consciousness breaks down into a subtle form and transfers from this material layer into the ether (immaterial layer) of the universe. Then that subtle consciousness is captured, reassembled and stored in the mind of the Eternal ones (Eternal Living Most High Ancestors in the Universe). This means no consciousness is truly lost.

In some African societies, they teach your consciousness doesn't dissipate but goes through a storage and recycling process. Storage in the ancestral world, and recycling back into new bodies. That which they call reincarnation through descendants.
As long as human life continues on earth, no consciousness that has ever existed gets lost because ancestors live on in the body and minds of "random" descendants.
It is said that some native doctors are able to reconnect with dead people's consciousness and access hidden information that can only be known by those who knew the person directly when they were alive.

The Bible says it is appointed unto men once to die and after that it's the Judgement. That's the Gospel truth. To accept a thing as Reincarnation and all its attendant delusions is to believe a lie.

This is NOT true.

This demented Christian philosophy basically confines all Muslims, African Traditional Religionists, Buddhists, Shintoists, Taoists, Krishnaists, etc etc to eternal damnation.

You actually think God will ANNIHILATE his own Creation simply for being of a different RELIGION or SPIRITUAL TRADITION than the one the British invaders who slaughtered your ancestors, burned down your cities and looted your land for a century, gave you?

It just so happened to be THEIR religion that is the “ONLY TRUTH”.

It's understandable that the spiritual meaning of life might seem like a made-up story to some. However, even the logical explanation of life's meaning I illustrated was through the analogy of the sun's existence. Just as some may find logic in the story of the sun, others may find logic in the spiritual explanation of life's purpose.

If the spiritual meaning doesn't resonate with you, focus on your life's mission—utilizing your potential to positively impact humanity. Remember, while you don't owe anyone an explanation of life's meaning, whether logical or spiritual, you do owe it to humanity to fulfill your part in nature's greater purpose for existence.

😂😂😂 energy is always flowing from one point to the other. Also, energy changes from one form to another. See the the universe as a closed loop of energy exchange.
