No.1 Monarch system in the East is Obi of Onitsha.

If you have issue with Onitsha that your personal problem and it can't change the fact.

Apart from Nri, most of these kings you mentioned don't exist before the white came to Nigeria. White recorgnized Onitsha monarch when they arrived.

Have you seen where Eastern Kings gathered and observed their leader?. If the president or so want to visit East and see traditional leader, Obi of Onitsha is who they know.

From what you are saying, it is definitely fact that you are not from Anambra state or maybe an Igbo. In the cultural dynasty of Anambra state as it is structured, obi of onitsha is not mostly regarded as a reverend igwe in that state. His infulencial no doubt, but when kings with great cultural value is talking, he wouldn't dare to speak.
Igwe nwafor orizu is in the category of Eze Nri, Igwe osita agwuna na Enugwu ukwu (Late), Eze amosu na Mbaukwu, Uzu awka, etc. Orizu is a living ancestor and can't be compared to a political king of onitsha. Mind you, most of this kings like Osita agwuna Na Enugwu ukwu had more opportunity to make himself a political king, but he followed the odinala and rejected the white man's lobby.

The old palace shouldn't have been pulled down rather a new one should be built beside the old one.

Although decking takes 21 days to cure properly, I have seen banks built within 5 weeks. From the scratch. So, it depends on the type of structure they want to conjure as a palace.

Zenith Bank in Festac near 1st gate was built within a month and half. Work was ongoing day and night. They used floodlights to illuminate the site at night.
