Now divorced, should I submit my divorce documents by (Ogun state high court) or I should leave it as a single Guy I am. Cos. My interview is by ending of next month. Can I add it as supporting document? Please I need your opinion.

It depends on the type of civil document. My mother was asked to upload my father's death certificate after document review.

Hello everyone,
I’m in the F4 category and have been waiting for nearly 18 years. My priority date is now current, but there’s an issue I need clarity on. Initially, my DQ date was November 2022, but in January this year, I received an email stating that my DQ date had been changed to January 8, 2025.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Also, does anyone know when I’m likely to be scheduled for an interview?

I think those types of visas are different from what this thread is about. Those might be nonimmigrants visas and this thread is about immigrant visas and I don't think they are revoking it

Please if F11 applicant is married and has marriage certificate. Will the embassy know if the applicant doesn't tell them. I mean if they do their own background check will they know?

...yes..I was refused visa at the embassy,the visa officer didn't give me his reasons......

No I don have any vaccinations yet,as I have not been scheduled to do my medical exams/tests yet.

So do you have two emails now one for Nov 22 and one for Jan 25

Yes, Embassy will know when they do background check. You would just be moved to F3. Hopefully this background check is not after your interview


Even if they don't find out. The F1 applicant would find it difficult filing for 'husband' after getting green card. That is going back to marry and then applying for husband with the wait

Hi everyone, I just checked the NVC iv scheduling tool to determine when interview is been scheduled for f3 category. It showed that in Lagos, they are currently in October 2024. I will like to know if anyone who Is documentarily qualified before that date has been invited for interview. Thank you

I thought I'm the only one who thinks the WhatsApp group was unnecessary. This thread has been standing for almost a decade now and people can come here to get information as a guest, but with WhatsApp it's not possible.
