let him enjoy his life because it looks like he is experiencing decent living for the first time . He will soon used to it and later respect his origin more.

Went to another Chilean village close to me for a longaniza festival. Apparently they say the best longaniza in Chile is from this place. It’s called chillan. I have only tried longaniza from valdivia and it’s one of my favorite things amongst Chilean cuisine. When I heard there was a festival here and it was just an hour drive away. I decided to go. Think of this festival as an equivalent of new yam festival in Nigerian towns and villages.

I have been to around 10 villages In Chile and each time I always surprised. Everything is well developed, clean and organized just as you would find In the main cities. A street in a village with dedicated bike lanes.

Functional traffic lights with pedestrian crosses. This is not a big major city. This is a village.

Center of the village with hotels, banks, malls and various businesses.

Local government office

Church in the center. Chile is still a conservative Christian nation

I don't understand you, He shouldn't experience decent living?
Isn't that what the average Nigerian wants? The basic amenities?

So, he's able to get those stuffs there without stressing but you want him to respect his origin, the same origin that having access to good road is a myth? Good water and stable electricity na war? Government can wake up and do whatever they want without dear.

Tensa ran away for the basic amenities and you're still hating him for going to place where he can live above the average Nigerian(working in the same industry).

lol the thing is a lot of them expected that my life will be hard in chile and I will suffer and die lol and maybe they will see a news like a Nigerian immigrant died of hunger in chile so they can dance and rejoice but as I come chile everywhere just soft. Buy brand new motor something wey I no fit ever do 100 years in Nigeria. Get better work, earning and living well and having a good life. The thing pain them 😀😀😀. Funny enough this is just the beginning.

Comprehension must be an issue for you? You can enjoy your life without denigrating your original country. He still needs Nigeria more than Nigeria needs him. Insulting his country just because of his new life in Chile is low and trust me he will soon used to the so called luxurious life .

I have already planned that day. I make my plans in decades and not weeks or years. Worry about yourself.

A friend of mine invited me to an event he had at the local library. Do we have public libraries in Nigeria. Here in chile at least in the city I live in every “coming” has a public library. This is a public children’s library close to where I live. It’s built for children but accessible to everyone.
