These man, can you farm for 10hours non stop?, stop comparing all this thing, driving every mins and hours straight up can't be compared, yes, there's money in transportation but the energy put into it isn't comparable, the fatigue and body pain alone can make you want to sleep for a full day to regain your strength back...

While we are pushing many hours to make the money, we should also give the body adequate rest, if not, na person wey no know how you take make the money go later spend am o.

Pls, anyone knows a very good life insurance policy here, I'm looking forward to opening one...
While you can't farm for 10hrs straight farming is more stressful than driving. the point of farming is to put food on d table. It is very stressful and painfully slow process. Bro if u have suffered before and u r given a car to drive especially if the car is yours you will understand my talk. In Nigeria of today if u own a car and drive actively on d app u r far better than a lot of people who are working in offices.

My point is if it is driving ur hands have found to do. DO IT WELL and very well too. If you were given a oil and gas job that pays 1.5m and they say work 10hours a day even if d job is more demanding than driving. Bro a lot of folks will be in camp giving testimony. The point is there is a this stereotype with driving like Iz not a noble profession like Iz for unlearned grin such that even asked to put in 10hrs a days iz like a curse. W

Whereas they r more stressful jobs with less pay. Ask people working in Marketing department in Banks the kinda psychological stress dey go tru

So guys this was my first ever dashboard. I don't know why it is saying July instead of August sha but yes I started last month as an occasional driver. I am currently not working my job till October so I decided to use my other vehicle which i nearly sold or gave out for hire purchase. This job is not an easy one but there's money in it, it all boils down to personal discipline when the income comes, your knowledge of the road, ability to converse, a little bit of patience and positioning.

My takes:
-Get your documents intact so at the sight of officials you don't get apprehensive
-Avoid working at nights at places not familiar with( I did a couple of night work but mostly on the island as i know it like the back of my palm) night work last week Thursday was so sweet for me as i made 100k plus gross with a 25k fuel on a 2.4l engine. It was based on the quality of orders tho.
-Work smart; I don't like any of the app specially but I work with strictly Indrive due to the freedom to choose where you prefer to go unlike Bolt that wants to force you to go just anywhere. Work smart in this regard, you can use both app simultaneously to get best results. I had an order from Indrive to deliver an office chair to Shomolu then a request came in from Bolt of a lady going to Fola Agoro, then i did both orders simultaneously and both places was just about 7mins apart
-Be security conscious especially at nights; don't ever let a rider tell you to follow a pathway that avoids police, why are they running? If you do so, they might get to harm you
- Save, i started doing a 20k daily savings just in case of any emergency
- Don't try to be clever by half with your vehicle, maintain it well and don't fly potholes anyhow, avoid Ikotun/Jakande Gate axis, such terrible places or pass Canoe if you want to.
- Get started, don't wait until the perfect time, work with what you have. I use a 2.4l but I try my best to maximize profits by not overspeeding, no heavy breaking. And then again, my AC parked up before i started the hustle but then i start working from 6am when weather is cool and stop by 11am and commence by 6pm again to stop by 10pm. If I had to wait for my AC to be done, probably won't have started.

Happy new month guys
I love this. God bless your hustle bro

How do you want someone to keep records of fuel he buys for a whole month. You want him to write it down somewhere every time he buys fuel?
Why won't he keep records huh. You can have a mental record of what you spend as expenses. If as a businessman you don't know this mentally or have it written down physically then there is a problem. Isn't it a business like any other? Is recording a crime?

Impressive. I also like InDrive because I can choose where I want to go. Uber takes me to Jakande and Isheri Osun ...omo, after changing hub and ball joint multiple times, I had to take a break on Uber for a while. With InDrive, I usually go to surulere, Ikeja, Magodo...I know these places very well, and they don't have bad roads.

By the way, don't your passengers complain that your car doesn't have AC?
Only one lady who was mad about it funnily in a cool cozy morning, so at the end of the trip, she deducted 1k and I just let it be.

The others just complain midly and most don't even care at all considering the recent cold we've had recently.but I work early in the morning or in the evening.

Okay. This your comment just reminded me of a lady I carried Friday night. The weather was really cold but the first thing she asked when we started moving was, hope you will on AC. I said, no worries, I will on it when we leave your estate. When we got on the main road and I turned on the AC, she was like, "Ahh, hope I won't use my hand to do myself like this. It's not even up to 5 minutes and your AC already wants to kill me with cold. Honda and AC." Lol.

But she still didn't ask me to turn it off o. She used agidi to chop the cold till we got to her destination. A lot of riders feel AC is their right as long as they're paying you for the trip, so whether their body wants it or not, they just want it on.

Not sarcastic, I do allow riders eat in my car before but i don't allow it again.

I noticed that 80 percent of riders who eat in the car ends up dumping the take away and rubbish in the car.

I had an awful experience with one uncouth girl, when i got to her destination, looked back and saw she messed up my car. I called her back to come pack her take aways and sharwama foils, she refused stating she is entitled to eat in the car and i should do my worse.

So in order to avoid such scenario, i don't allow eating simple.

I am not forcing anybody to do that, just giving a regiment for 50k earnings.
If it's 30k that u can do consistently, focus on it and keep at it.
If u work paid employment when do u leave ur house and when do u come back home?
People just want to go out for few hours and come back with thousands. Not that there aren't surge jobs/hussles but ehailing isn't one of such. From time immemorial, u have to put in hours to make big money.
I am not to tell u how much to make or how many hours to work, do what works for u but
My point has always been that when someone says he makes xyz, rather than say he is lying, u should ask how he is doing it.
I want you or those that earn that 50k net consistently to share with us the magic strategy that they use.

Because I am not refuting the fact that there are good days, lucky days that one can net 50k even 60k.

But saying it can be done consistently is a lie. We all know what's obtainable in the street out there. Nobody can consistently work from 7am to 10pm.

Those that do salary work get to office by 8-9am latest and close 4-5pm, latest 7pm. Nobody goes to office by 7am and stay till 10pm, only to resume by 7am the next day.

Before you talk about break, also know that those in paid employment do have some breaks during their working hours. Nobody sits down on one desk for several hours... The person will just collapse and die
