That’s how our parents and wives try to play us — “Please just have kids quickly and rest. We need plenty of grandchildren.” Next thing you know, they’re bringing out the Bible like, “God said you should fill the earth and multiply.” Look, yes — God gives children. But let’s be real: God has also given us the ability to make them. If you decide to have kids, most times, it’ll happen. But the real question is — do you have the money to take care of them? Sometimes, timing is everything. Kids can wait. Build your career, invest, secure the bag — then have kids when you’re ready, and everyone can actually enjoy life. As for me, one daughter is enough for now — at least until I start making ₦600k to ₦700k a month. Then we can talk! And na Lafia I dey stay on. House no even cost for here |

The did has been done already the world keeps evolving more reasons he has to adjust to it. Many pple grew up with a parent that aren't even doing well than his parent. He should just man up and stop blaming them for what cannot be undone. Most millionaires and billionaires came from terrible and worse backgrounds but they don't allow that weigh them down. He practically rubbish his parent,I guess you are bird of same feathers 😂. |

Sirchiboy:Omo to ni baba oun o la, omo to ni baba oun o l,owo lowo, enu le ko si yen. A child that says his parents are not smart, na on top the same matter na hin e dey so. Now that you know the mistakes your parent's made, fix it in your own life and leave your parents alone. They already made their choices. |

Teymanhenry:It goes beyond location. You too as the parent needs to enjoy yourself with the money you earn. Life isn't just about having too many children. You need to enjoy life as an adult even before being a parent. |

blingxx:Actually you're wrong. Everything is LUCK. Take me for example. I was born smart due to no input from me whatsoever. Some others were not. Your parents did not make themselves the way they were including being lazy or not having a hustling spirit. If you go back they'd still do the same things again because that's how they were made. Don't do too much calculation and maths about life because you don't know what things really are. Things you calculate are one way could be the opposite way. Best advice? Just go out there and do stuff, make mistakes. |

AriseAndShine01:The boy doesn't even know he can work hard with the blessings of his parents and totally transform the lives of his family disrespecting his father will only make his father lay curses on him which will only make matter very worse for him. |
| Re: 99percent Of Our Parents Are Like Nigeria Govt by Kobojunkie: 5:26pm On Sep 02, 2025 |
Mrexcell:There are about 160 million Nigerians today living in poverty with over 120 of them stuck in poverty for at least a generation. How come these phantom blessings you speak of has yet to help pull the millions of respectable children among them out of poverty to date? ![]() |
| Re: 99percent Of Our Parents Are Like Nigeria Govt by Mrexcell(m): 5:44pm On Sep 02, 2025 |
Kobojunkie:Are u disputing the effects of ur parents prayers? I have personally seen terrible things happen to stubborn children whose parents laid curses on. |
| Re: 99percent Of Our Parents Are Like Nigeria Govt by Kobojunkie: 5:52pm On Sep 02, 2025 |
Mrexcell:Yes, because in the Nigerian context, there is absolutely no evidence of the effects of parents prayers. Over 160 million Nigerians are stuck in poverty with majority having their parents to thank for it.🥱🥱🥱 2. So we are conveniently choosing to completely ignore the fact that the same sheet also happens to lots of non-stubborn children out there whose parents only had good things to say about them? 😩😩😩 |
