The one in my state had to open small bistro inside. Where lovers go to eat buns and zobo. Public libraries in Nigeria are dead. They look haunted. The private ones are nice.

One thing with Nigerians, they don't like it when you compare the ills of Nigeria to other countries or talk about it.
