We are not NADECO.
Go and check the history of your elders in NADECO
Na NADECO people dey do that.
From CNN Court to VOA studious and to all embassies and foreign capitals.
Even your Pablo at Aso Rock was in Chicago disturbing Americans with his powder..
I would have said one day you will become wise but your fathers did exactly what you are doing and they died without wisdom. No Biafra, no presidency, no wisdom….just noise throughout their lives and death. The apple never falls far from the tree.

As the lyrics of a Sunny Ade song goes….Omo o le jo baba, ka ma bi nu Omo”…….a son cannot resemble his father and you are annoyed with the son.

The corruption involved in the way the Finish authorities ran through this strange rulling after their government officials visited Nigeria few years ago, will one day be revealed. It has always been about using nigerias hydrocarbons as a bargaining chip to get international support for the oppression of the eastern part of Nigeria. The same way the sponsorship of Nigerias war against Biafra by the UK and SHELL has been exposed. Bakassi too..

Obviously there is a good chance that some oil wells and gas fields were tossed around to curry favours. But the truth will come out someday. For the Finish court to declare the agitations of a people for freedom as a terrorist activity, isn't just mind-boggling but also highlights in clear terms the international conspiracies that have been used to hold Biafra down for ages..

But as Biafra lays on the ground, so is Nigeria in a pepertual comatose state..
Oga you have been brain-washing yourself with conspiracy theories...

...extremist sects all over the world often invent conspiracy theories to console themselves or give impetus to their nefarious agendas and activities.

Go and read the Finland's judgement on Ekpa; they agreed that everyone has a right to self determination but...

...the Terrorism involved is not acceptable; how can you go about killing, maiming, burning and holding your people hostage in the name of fighting for wetin the very same people no even send you to go fight for?.

And you're justifying it!!

Tufia gi kwa!

Everybody is happy with ekpa arrest except ipob and their leader who contest for 2023 election
Oga Take am easy with your mouth.

Even in the IPOB group itself, many of them are happy with this Ekpa's conviction.Ekpa's extremism divided the group.

Now all Well-meaning Igbos are very happy but you don't expect them to rush out and start openly talking and Jubilating when some of Ekpa's boys are still mingling freely about and our security system is abysmal.

Get the drift and rein in your tongue

The court didn't condemn the agitation (cause), the court condemned the methods used. Get your facts right.

This is why Nigeria is perfectly backwards. Lots of Nigerian leaders who have ruined the nation are out there scot free. The judiciary should learn from Ekpa's conviction but na lie. Where are the boko haram sponsors today, nowhere to be found right? And you are here saying something else
I agree with you that our Judicial system should be very efficient enough...and fast enough....to fight the ills, the crimes and corruption in the system!

That's what I was saying; revisit my earlier comments and check.

I agree that we have a large cesspool of corrupt leaders, past, present and...future?

But right now the issue at hand is about dealing with Terrorists, bandits, kidnappers,Fulani Herdsmen attacks,"unknown gunmen",Etc,

Out Judiciary should copy Finland.

Could it had been possible with a Nigerian court. Now una dey hail d judgment, but will frustrate any such back home. Our judges and courts need to take a lesson from this.

I'm not saying Simon Ekpa's conviction is not a good development for justice which is seriously lacking in Nigeria and more importantly peace in the south east.

But I'm worried and concerned that these haller are biased or motivated by tribal bigotry than justice.
Read beyond the headline. He is speaking in capacity as the president of Nigerian-finnish association. Nothing to do with tribalism

🤣🤣 elites are hiding away in Abuja and Lagos. Reason one of their representatives push for the failed indegenisation bill.
It is disheartened. What I experienced when I was staying in one of the Eastern state then - the then governor really tried his best. They may not like him but he really developed the state to his best and security of life was at it peak. Though, the state I stayed then only had communal crisis within themselves and neighbouring state they share boundaries with.

He's talking as if Ekpa is dead. Ekpa will be release in 2029 and the struggle will continue.
God bless Ekpa and all the freedom fighters all over the world.
A freedom fighter does not enslave his people, a freedom fighter does not rabidly arm and encourage criminals and terrorists to take over his homeland to subjugate and control the common people, through guns and violence...freedom fighter that caused the kidnapping and killing of his own people?

You must not know what a freedom fighter is.

Mandela, Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, Sir Enahoro, Fela these are freedom fighters and are nothing like Ekpa or Kanu.

Are you fake Biafrans or genuine one because the real Biafrans have disowned the terrorist and hailed the judgement of the Finland court.

This conviction by the Finnish court is very commendable and encouraging. The senator should also remind our own government of the need to obey all court judgements, even the ones they don't like. That is one of the things that show that we are a civilised country.

I want peace in igboland but our govt should not focus on this topic as simon is not the cause of killing in benue, kaduna, jos, enugu, and other states experiencing kidnaping and so on. We have a very poor border .... weapons are been smuggled into the country on a daily basis. If we can beef up or security and arrest those weapons in circulation... this killing will reduce. Even mad man get gun for street now
Its one by one, na Tinubu be President. Tinubu is one guy that doesn't rush to solve problems even though HE COMES with the QUICKEST AND SUREST WAY to solve those problems, its the reason many of the sane politicians follow him. Forget all these rubbish ADC talks, THEY'RE NOT WINNING THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS.

Why should any sane person be comparing igboho’s struggles and case with that of Ekpa? Obviously, Igboho was more intelligent and civil, he never called for anyone’s death. This is what we’ve been teaching the Igbos, no be every fight pesin dey fight and if you must fight, do so with your head and don’t make hasty decisions. As the Yoruba that he is, Igboho was wise enough to know the implications and what could have happened to him if he had carelessly called for the killings of other people or if someone had died as a result of his utterances.

While I agree with you that no one can suggest what he should or not eat while he is serving his deserves prison term, i must try to correct one impression I noticed from your submission. It seems he is fighting for us or unborn children...but I dare say he is not. Instead he is endangering those alive now and those yet unborn. How if I might be asked, by sowing seeds of hatred to the extent of leading to the loss of lives. He is going it at a dangerous and murderous level. He must be stopped. And thank God he has. You know Finland is a highly civilised country, for them to convict this hero as he seems to some of us it shows how serious his activities have gone. So he is either not fighting for anyone or any unborn children or he is rather endangering them. Such people should have even been pro actively stopped to nip them in the bud. However we have a very bad system of government which is what create such people but two wrongs don't make a right.
I like the last paragraph more. Although all you've said made sense.

However, I hope the government, especially the state Governors need to retrace their steps and stop siphoning wealth they do not need

Yes please what they are doing is quite wrong to all extents, yes. But this is not how we will go about the change we need for ourselves and our families. Two wrongs never make a right. We will fall in not their hands because they will just order the police, army and whatever agency of state to deal with us and we don't have the kind of capacity to confront them this will lead to anarchy. So yes they are not trying at all but we must unite and remove them through constitutional means to remove them across board. There is a way out but not by killing and hating people. Even some of your own people just because the system is not good. May God help us....
