WHAT ARE NIGERIANS EVEN GOING THERE TO DO?. To me going to USA is a complete waste of time and money, unless you are going there for like 2 weeks to collect money, which is very unlikely.

Going to USA for vacation is a waste of money.

I personally do not have any such plan. Not needed at all.

Furthermore, cos of protests that went on in the north in support of the terrorist Hamas and some general statements made by some insensitive Nigerians in favour of a devilish rogue state like Iran and her supporters......

This useless country is always seeking attention with this visa nonsense. Their lapdog U.K. will soon issue theirs. Yet they are in every continent causing mayhem. Perhaps, stop destabilising other countries for a change, and you may not have to worry too much about people coming into your country illegally or overstaying.

You wrote almost exactly what I was about to write, but without tie Israel/Gaza biz. Basically, any social media account holder with content that they deemed uncomfortable was subject to this.

The people deserved concrete reasons why their visas were being cancelled.

National security issues never gets explained you know that, it's an avenue to take decisions without accountability. Nigeria and the world over do this a lot, Nigerian case is even worse.

Once you target their ally they can tag you national security threat because if their ally fall it means their national interest will be affected. Just a tweet of wishing death to Israel which is an ally of the US can send your name to that list.
