It has been discovered that the southeast contrary to what many believes as a place where non indigenes can't strive to attain political position , We have information disputing such thought as mischievous and spreads by poorly informed Lagos ibadan express media.
Here are the list of non-igbos in strategic political positions across Southeastern states .


Current list of non Igbo in strategic positions across South Eastern Nigeria.

1. ENUGU STATE:
1. HRH Sarkin Hausawa Enugu Alhaji Abubakar Yusuf Sambo - SSA to the Governor on Special Duties.
2. Ladi Akeredolu-Ale - Managing Director of Enugu Broadcasting Service.
3. Dr. Yomi Jaye - Special Adviser to Enugu State Governor on health.
4. Adenike Okebu - Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Enugu State on revenue.
5. Dr. Olamitisoji Akinbamilayo, a retired Deputy Commissioner of Police - Commander of the Enugu State Forest Guard.

2. ABIA STATE:
1. Mr. Benson Ojeikere, Head of Service, Abia State. He is from Edo State.

3. IMO STATE:
1.Ogunsanya Bimbola Kehinde (GEM) FCAI JP is the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Special Duties, Imo State. First appointed as P.S. in May 2019, by Governor Rochas Okorocha. He is from Ogun State.

4. ANAMBRA STATE:
1. Mr. Bayo Ojeyinka. Permanent Secretary, Office of Head of Service. He is from Osun State.
2. Christian Aburime - Chief Press Secretary to Anambra State Governor.
This is what I can currently verify, I don't have information about Ebonyi State.
