From today, let’s begin documenting this crisis. Every truck accident, every wreck, take pictures, share them, let the world see the scale of the problem. Silence is complicity. I personally avoid road travel, even when it means not seeing my own parents, because of the terror these trucks create. That’s how deep this menace cuts into our lives. This fight is only beginning, and it will not stop until accountability is enforced. Truck owners must step up: • Re-train your drivers. • Build proper rest stops so they don’t collapse at the wheel. • Stop using highways as parking lots. • Display hotlines on every truck for reporting reckless driving. • Launch a public platform where citizens can upload videos and photos of reckless trucks, directly alerting authorities. These are simple, life-saving measures. The era of slaughtering innocent people with trucks while raking in billions in profit is over. A society that values human life cannot allow this to continue. We are just starting. And we will not relent. |

blamingthedevil:Just 3 days ago their truck ran into all vehicles at Ovia bridge in Edo state Benin city killing more than 6 passengers destroying vehicles Dangote group need to learn how to caution their drivers on how to engage with other road users all these disclaimer letters won’t solve anything if Nigeria was to be a country where the legal system functions in full capacity the damages they will be paying will force them to know the importance of being caution ⚠️ |

So they are saying another company wrote 'Dangote' on their truck and operate the truck without Dangote' knowledge?? |

Dangote is not being held accountable for the killings of innocent Nigerians by his reckless truck drivers, no amount of disclaimer he makes will make Nigerians trust him |

So, someone can be impersonating by using your brand to commit crime and you can’t prosecute them? Nigeria we hail thee! |
| Re: Dangote Trucks Not Involved In Enugu Accident by dgitrader(m): 7:30am On Sep 05, 2025 |
With widespread immunity, impunity and preferential treatment your brand enjoy, Why wouldn't other truck owners inscribe your name and logo on their trucks? Who no like better thing? Your trucks are kill and go! Address that first! FYI, Dangote has designated police squads that makes sure no matter the impact and evidence against them, business continues immediately with or without justice to victims |

AntiChristian:Nobody is demonising them but with the level and rate of accidents don't u think people should complain? These are not containers trucks that fall off these are normal trailers having terrible accidents. There is enough reason to get to the bottom of the matter and prevent it I'd possible |

DiarisGodoo:You act like those drivers are only Northerners, or they are not Nigerians🙄🙄 Nigeria culture of recklessness is showing, instead of speaking against it, you are targeting a corporation because it's easier. |

The Truck has a Dangote logo on it. How will an ordinary Nigerian know the Truck doesn't belong to Dangote? |

Softmirror:long overdue. We hardly hear of bau or lafenga truck killing People. 200million is small money for dangote to set up state of the art driving school for his driver's. I once work with an eye clinic, I meet like 20 people who use one eye to drive, one is even a former house of rep in kwara |
| Re: Dangote Trucks Not Involved In Enugu Accident by ajalawole(m): 8:39am On Sep 05, 2025 |
EnglandAmaka:build a big shop or warehouse go to dangote and register with them as distributors and you can start using thier logo. Not every fuel station in Nigeria have fuel tankers, they hire tankers to load fuel too, same with dangote, there are distributor or contractor under his that use his logo. Hopefully dangote take action and stop all this madness about people using his logo |

A particular group of people are seeking to milk Dangite just for building refinery n providing jobs for Nigerians. They assume if they can push their hate narrative far enough maybe the federal givt will collect the refinery from Dangite. Imagine blaming me for providing a licensed commercial rated driver employment because a bought a truck to make money with. On another one commedian claim in the USA the driver who killed in the Dangote should be freed while Dangote should be jailed or his company made to pay. As Dangote was the one driving the trucks. He drove reach where he saw policemen, me wan watch drama only for driver to throw 2sachet to the police man. Daddy was like, ah mo gbe... True true, something dey inside.... |
