If market women tell you 10k, just cut it to 3k and see their reaction first. If the true value is 4k or 5k, they will say ok pay 7k last. At this point tell them you are there to buy and not just price, that all you can afford is 4k. If the price is indeed 5k, they will begin calling God that themselves no get it at that price. Say OK "mummy" I will give you 5k ma.
