If you put 10 cubes of sugar in a cup of 1 liter and put another 10 cubes of sugar in jla tea jar of 4 Litres, which tea will be sweeter.

Oyo state is bigger than Kano state. However, Oyo have 33 local government while Kano state have whooping 44 local government. So, what did you understand by this?
