The students need the theoretical concept which entails introducing definition of key terms,basic steps to a process.
After the theory part then comes the practicals .
Though when I was studying computer sciences, c++ and java was theoretical in UNIBEN with no practical aspect.

It takes a lot to be able to do this on a white marker board, it shows the guy is good even though this is disappointing to see .

The only degrees that matters are maths, physics, econs, anthro nothing else
