Are you referring to the "optional documents" in the picture below? If so, you are right. Also, if she is required to submit any missing documents at the interview, she can also upload it there.

She doesn't have to submit any civil documents of the husband since he's not an applicant nor following her.

Yes, that is the optional document I was referring to. I didn't submit any document for the husband, but they asked for her marriage certificate.

But I don't think it's going to be an issue since they didn't petition for her as a couple. Besides I don't think the marital status of a parent of US citizen poses any significant immigration issues..

I could be wrong though. You can seek a professional opinion.

You are right. They asked for the petitioner's marriage cert, not that of the applicant.

What are the proof of domicile document that petitioner can submit house

I receved this message in April as in the screen shot attached.

What does it mean?

And how many years is left for us to get our visa? ..

From my own experience, you still have another 11years wait, before you receive a welcome letter.

Email mostly for document review and interview. But they called and emailed me to inform me my visa was ready for pick-up.

Always check your email everyday. If possible set your email notification on.

After DQ you wait till you get the email with the interview letter. Document review date won't come till after interview date.

I don't know who the applicant is but they need to manage expectations. You can be DQ but your PD must be current as well before consulate will schedule interviews Then you WAIT WAIT till Lagos sends interview letter via email. It could still be 1, 2 or 3 yrs.

You can use the Interview scheduling tool to gauge how long you will wait in Lagos

It is likely USCIS, if so like I suspected your petition has not been approved yet. I know some service centers approval can take up to 52months.
Yes you have a priority date but your petition is awaiting approval from USCIS.

Now the timeline for when an immigrant visa would be made available to you as F3 is about 15 yrs or so from your PD . That's when you can expect NVC to contact you to upload documents which they will review before confirming you are DQd . Next step after that is Lagos consulate and interview

Congratulations bro , I was placed on 221g (DNA). I’ve reached out to my petitioner and he has done the needful.

Waiting for testkit samples to hit Lagos , so I’d be scheduled for a swab.

E no easy… sleepless nights and anxiety, but oh well.. the finish line 🏁 is almost here.

You don't need to. Police report is now valid for 2 years despite the 3 months validity written on it
