There's a fish that was always scare in my local government. You have to book ahead to be able to get it once it's available. It was sold for 200 naira per kilo back in 2022. The same fish now is now easily available in my area because only few people could buy it as it is currently selling for #1800 - #2000 per kilo. That's like times 10 of the former price. Do you say that's a positive development?

I know you're used to fairytales about how Kemet invented everything from nuclear weapons to tooth picks, but this discussion about fuel consumption is rooted in reality, not fantasy.

Fuel consumption in Nigeria keeps on diminishing because fewer and fewer people can afford it.

I notice fewer cars on the roads these days and traffic jams are now a rarity except when there's a road obstruction.
