The second most useless of them all is the ‘Supreme Court‑imposed Governor’ of Imo State, Hope Uzodimma. Since the Supreme Court declared him governor in January 2020, he has never spent a full week in Imo State. In the first two years of his administration, the Imo helmsman reportedly left the state 116 times and returned 116 times squandering ₦8.3 million from the public treasury on a private jet for a single trip. Throughout all his travels, he has not attracted any development projects or foreign direct investment to Imo State since becoming governor.

IMO is undoubtedly the most unfortunate state in SE in terms of leadership. Apart from udenwa and mbakwe, every othsr governor from that state have all been 419 men. Hope was a driver to okwelle holdings before they brought him inside and he became another yahoo kingpin.
