That guy is politically naive. I won't be surprised were he hails from. So fubara will appoint an advicer in each of the 23 LGA and he will need to release atleast 1b for each of them on a monthly basis to fight the chairmen who will even have allocation more than 1b monthly. So whose assembly members will approve 23b monthly to special advicers . In a year, it means fubara will release 266b. How much is even rivers annual budget. When the so-called structure is in State house of Assembly, all his commissioners,chairmen,councilors and kitchen cabinets how can the Governor be allowed to breathe when allocation lands.
Nothing sentimental from my side except if you are rushing to accuse me first what's already inbedded in you, cos we know how these things go.
No Governor will perform with such structure around him even down to his ADC....

Say what you know and be silent over that you don't.....fashola was in the same situation fubara was and he still performed wonders.....he was able to effectively focus on governance and was shielded away from the high wire politics of the state in his first term,he was able to build trust and gradually won some that mattered to his side for his second term......fubara was part of the structure and they were mostly friends,he could have still managed the situation by being seen to deliver governance to the people,that way you win the trust of the people and the political class will fall in line .
